0:00 Here
0:07 we go into the tech tips room. I have had this system running Prime 95
0:13 actually for a full weekend and then some. It's the end of the day Tuesday
0:18 already. And so if if okay so so for anyone who didn't watch the original
0:22 video, I'm just going to go through really quickly what exactly we've got going on here. This is a Gigabyte G1
0:27 Assassin motherboard with a 990X extreme edition CPU. We've got uh here six 8 gig
0:34 DIMs from Patriot. So, these are 1333 Gamer series memory. It's designed for
0:39 the Intel 6 series platform, but we were
0:42 able to get all 48 gigs of memory running on the X58 platform without any
0:48 difficulty whatsoever. We've got dual GTX 590s on here. And this is the moment
0:55 of reckoning. Let's find out if she's stable at
0:59 13339924 or whatever the timings are. Okay. You
1:04 may be a victim of software counterfeiting. I'm not. I just change
1:08 my hardware all the time. Here we go. So, it looks like our Prime 95 instances
1:14 are still running. This is a custom test. So, I'm running it custom. I'm
1:19 running it with uh 48 gigs in use and 12
1:24 threads so that I can maximize my memory usage. I'm just going to show you guys
1:28 here. Start task manager. So you can see CPU me uh usage is 100% and memory usage
1:34 is 48 gigs right there. So we are just
1:38 burning the heck out of it. Okay, so let's go ahead and stop it. And this
1:41 system has been running for a grand total of 95 hours and 3 minutes. This is
1:47 what I would call a successful test. This is a stable system. So, a big
1:51 thanks to Patriot for making this little tech demo possible by sending us 48 gigs
1:57 of their brand new 8 gig dims. And uh
2:00 big kudos to Gigabyte because we are using the stock shipping BIOS on the G1
2:06 Assassin from back when it launched and it was already stable with RAM that was
2:12 not going to be released for another, you know, 6 months. So that's that's
2:16 pretty cool, too. Way to go to the Gigabyte BIOS engineers. Thank you for
