0:00 Okay, today I have a limited edition QCK mouse pad. This is a Zera Tool versus
0:06 Carrian Starcraft 2 themed mouse pad. So, just like the regular QCK, this is a
0:12 flexible cloth pad and Steeler QCK has
0:15 been around forever as far as I can tell. Um, I mean, why mess with what
0:20 isn't broken? But I just wanted to have a look at it because while there's
0:24 nothing particularly new they're bringing to the table in terms of the
0:28 the cloth mouse pad gaming experience.
0:31 Oh, actually, oh, okay, never mind. I thought I was going to say, oh, it's
0:35 actually quite a bit stiffer than normal, but actually that's just a paper
0:40 backing. So, yes, the QCK is its normal
0:43 flexible self. It's quite a thin mouse pad. Uh, the actual dimensions of this
0:47 particular one are 12.6 by 11.2 in. So
0:51 you can see the way that they've applied the graphics to it. You still got the
0:54 full texture of the fabric itself. And uh you know what the thing about Steeler
1:00 graphic mouse pads is that in my experience they work just as well as the
1:04 plain black ones which is quite an achievement because usually if you print
1:08 a graphic on a mouse pad uh what happens is as the laser or the optical sensor
1:14 crosses uh a sharp contrasting patch
1:17 like let's say you you were to cross through all of these legs. So you have
1:21 like a dark and then a light blue and then you've got dark and then light
1:24 blue. you'd tend to see the mouse uh sensor jumping, but with all of the
1:29 Steel Series ones that I've used in the past, they do not experience that
1:33 problem. And cameraman actually uses a uh Steel Series 5C. So, that was a
1:38 limited edition Wrath of the Lich King pad uh every day. And he's even with
1:42 extensive use with several mice, never encountered that kind of a problem. So,
1:46 anyway, this is part of their limited edition Starcraft 2 Wings of Liberty
1:50 mouse pad series. And I'm just showing you this one because I think it is by a
1:54 long shot, like by a long shot, the coolest one. And I guess that's pretty
1:59 much everything I wanted to say. It comes with a little Steel Series sticker
2:02 and it comes with um a little Steel Series catalog.
