0:00 Linus Tech tips coverage of CES 2015 is brought to you by Phantom glass visit
0:04 store. phantom.in screen protectors out there
0:08 as well as hyperx sometimes building the most
0:12 extreme ridiculous thing is more important for whatever reason then pure
0:17 practicality and this is the Gigabyte water Force something I've only ever
0:21 seen in pictures and videos before and let me tell you it looked impressive
0:26 there it looks much more impressive here the way it works is you you actually get
0:30 an entire kit for $33,000 so this is not for the faint of
0:34 heart but you get an entire kit that includes an SLI Bridge with illumination
0:40 three GTX 980 graphics cards all of
0:43 which are overclocked a support brace for the three graphics cards you get
0:48 this front panel pass through over here and you get these six tubes and power
0:53 module that run to this massive like
0:58 cooling unit that sits on the top of your computer so it's held on with
1:02 little clamps here and uh it's got a
1:05 little fan in the or it's got a little dial in the front where you can go ahead and you can like adjust your fan RPMs or
1:11 something I don't know what I'm adjusting yeah select fans turn those up
1:14 and you can adjust your pump RPMs uh you can set a Target temperature for your
1:19 graphics cards pretty freaking cool stuff and it even opens up so you can
1:23 pull off the front pull up the top and you can see
1:27 that each of the graphics cards inside here actually gets its own single 120 mm
1:33 radiator and then all those tubes come into the system and then the radiators
1:36 are cooled by 120 mm fans that you can see I've actually lifted up off of the
1:41 top of the RADS here so I'm going to put it back together since it's not actually
1:44 going to be cooled very well if I take the fans all off the RADS but I guess uh
1:50 what is there to say about this other than wow speaking of things that are
1:56 more about the extreme than the Practical this my friends is the x99
2:01 super overclock Champion board they're just launching this here at the show and
2:05 it's got a whole bunch of features that most people are never going to care
2:09 about and it actually lacks some of the features that your more mainstream user
2:13 might find important for example it only has four ddr4 dim slots instead of the
2:17 standard eight that you'd find on an x99 motherboard why you might ask well
2:22 because it isues spending up that space on the PCB for more dim slots in favor
2:27 of much more robust power delivery things like putting six times the gold
2:32 plating that would be standard inside the CPU socket dim slots and PCI Express
2:36 Lanes and building in some crazy overclocking features that the guys
2:40 behind us are taking advantage of with liquid nitrogen cooling trying to set
2:44 some World Records overclock some x99 chipsets and some you know fifth
2:49 generation eight core processors as far as they can and that is basically the
2:54 point of this is this the most practical thing for you know your average guy
2:58 who's going to drive 60 70 mph on the freeway no but if you want to feel like
3:03 you could open it up and go 200 mph then I guess this might be for you and it
3:07 comes with a cool color scheme to match guys thank you for checking out our look
3:13 at gigabytes Extreme Gaming products here in their Suite don't forget our
3:17 trip to the show is powered by Phantom glass the one and only screen protector
3:21 you guys will ever need for your phone it's made of Gorilla Glass just like the
3:25 screen that's already on your phone that means it's clear that means it's nice
3:29 and smooth to touch it's got that same oleophobic resistant coating so you
3:33 don't get fingerprints all over the place and it has a nano coating on the
3:37 bottom that makes it pretty much impossible to apply with any bubble
3:41 stuck in it and makes it so it can be taken off and reapplied if you ever need
3:45 to R your phone or whatever else the case may be you can learn more about it
3:48 and order one at store. phantom.in in the video description and
3:52 also a shout out to hyperx those guys are also sponsoring us to be here at the
