sorry can I stay on my phone or no you can stay on your phone all right guys
0:04
welcome to the ultimate WAN Show we have
0:07
never done anything like this before we have had Austin as a guest I have had
0:12
Luke as my co-host we have had Lou over
0:16
there as a guest we have had Marcus as a guest but we have never done it all at
0:20
the same time well I shouldn't say in
0:24
person I shouldn't say we've never done it all at the same time we've never done it all at the same time on camera there
0:29
we go there yeah yeah so guys we're
0:32
coming to you live from the actually I want to give a shout out to Corsair
0:36
they're not a sponsor or anything for this but we got kicked out of our hotel
0:40
at 11:00 today and I was like um we need
0:43
somewhere to do the WB show can we use your Suite like your massive awesome
0:48
Suite with the pool table and they're like yeah man no problem so we are
0:52
coming to you live from the 51st floor of the patoo hotel here in Las Vegas
0:58
we've had a great week at CES and uh this is gonna be a fun show There Is No
1:02
Agenda there's nothing there's just no plan nothing this is this is the least
1:08
prep prepped W show I think ever cuz usually even if we don't have a doc
1:11
we'll like kind of know what happened that week nope we know title 2 happened
1:16
y other than that CES there you go all right intro
1:21
time it's it's not decision
1:30
what I be mine
1:35
yeah and they can totally hear us right now
1:42
sweet oh hold on a second we don't even have any sponsors today we weren't even
1:46
planning to do van show you didn't add it it's there it's right there no it's
1:50
okay drag it in no you got it drag it in shout out shout out to our CES sponsor
1:54
believed in you Phantom glass with their awesome screen protectors as well as
1:57
hyperx with their gam cont on their chel from pH
2:00
cool are you going to keep teasing that yeah no no no no okay these guys have
2:04
been teasing it I can actually legitimately tease it because I might
2:09
have been in it yeah and it might have been awesome no it was definitely
2:12
awesome and I might have been in it can we how much should we tease like what we
2:18
did that has to be they'll have to see they'll have to see can we say it
2:21
involves Austin's nipples yes we can say that we can say that well we did it it's
2:26
a little bit lat it's implied I guess I mean you know they can can draw their
2:30
own conclusions y y all right so guys both were involved in the yeah I don't
2:35
know if we really have like a hashtag or anything so # wow I just # atin nipples
2:42
oh no I like that way better Ash Austin's nipples hash Ash Austin's
2:47
nipples that is the W show that is the uh the hashtag that we will be
2:51
monitoring during the stream okay guys holy crap there is already pictures of
2:57
Austin's nipple that has already exists oh wait
3:01
wait can I see that oh never mind there actually is a picture of my nipple on
3:05
the Internet is that it it when I broke my ARM and there's like a picture of me
3:09
with like like and a sling with no shirt on so blockage yeah that's actually kind
3:14
of fantastic I love how I don't think like almost anyone's commenting about
3:19
the fact that people are just straight up playing pool in the background oh yeah yeah there's there are people cool
3:23
all right so guys why don't we why don't we kick this off show highlights um I
3:29
mean it's a good thing people are watching the show to find out what you
3:32
enjoyed here because they're not going to find that out by watching your
3:36
channel okay okay okay so this is the
3:40
first CES this is my fifth CES this is the first time I've come without having
3:44
to do a ton of videos right like the first couple years I just like I did 30
3:48
videos by myself and I was just like zombie mode exactly so this year I
3:53
decided to take it easy so I do have videos um one's live right now uh we
3:58
shot we finished two of the my other videos today so I have three CES videos
4:04
and if you guys want to watch more CES videos there might be some other Tech
4:08
channel that may have posted a couple um
4:12
I forget the name I'm just going to keep staring awkwardly in the camera but I gu
4:17
they have you mean like you always do all the way oh oh I'm sorry I'm sorry
4:22
all right I'm out oh that was rough someone's got to tag you out that's how
4:26
this system works I think um yeah but anyway show highlights oo uh okay so I
4:34
don't spoil my video too much let me go over the stuff I right cuz you'll see
4:38
you'll you'll see the you'll see the videos yeah I didn't want to go crazy on videos this year
4:42
y we have we have the weirdest audience ever uh there's a lot of cool stuff with
4:47
the BMW Booth so we actually checked that out they had you know the I3 and
4:50
the I8 they had like inductive charging for the I8 so L just like you just pull
4:54
in park just like it's charging that was cool super cool yeah it's really cool
4:57
laser headlight demo where literally it's like it can shine like a spotlight
5:02
on anything so like you could be driving down like complete high beams and like
5:05
there's a car literally the light would turn down for just like that tiny bit of
5:09
car track that's really cool or like you're driving by there's like a deer literally like it would like shine a
5:13
spotlight on the deer using the laser headlights crazy stuff um the I3 it
5:18
literally drives itself so like you like tap the uh button on the Smartwatch and
5:22
the car pulls up like you see like the like the wheel spinning and everything
5:26
you just get in it it like you cannot crash it like even when you're driving
5:29
like you could like completely floor the car and drive toward like a barrier
5:34
straight just like wouldn't hit it like literally just like stops it's like no
5:38
wow were they letting people demo that tag in tag in can I tag in right
5:43
now all right good I don't
5:47
know you're good you're good microphon right here camera's over there M's
5:52
here hey uh I tagged in I tagged in about I8 um but or BMW in general that's
5:59
spent a lot of time with their Booth like a whole day two days ago like AOL
6:03
he talked about the laser headlights that was awesome and that's not really
6:08
legal in the United States unfortunately laser headlights in general so Audi's
6:11
doing it BMW is doing it but it's not going come here so in Europe they're
6:15
doing that interesting uh and then the
6:18
OLED tail lights is another thing I don't know if you mentioned that NOP
6:21
it's basically a display on the back of your car two olded panels and lots of
6:26
diodes and they're really bright and they looked awesome cuz they had the whole Las light show and those are cool
6:30
any color you want uh what else have you
6:34
been able to drive it I didn't drive it I've driven the I8 I've have not driven
6:38
the M4 or the I3 I sat in the I3 that
6:42
they tried to crash where the dude literally floored it and it stopped
6:45
itself but then while it was stopped he just to make sure I knew floored a
6:49
couple more times and the car wouldn't go so that was a lot of trust in that
6:53
car did you have your seat belt on or did they did they tell you to do it no
6:57
seat Bel it's I have my camera in my hand so I wanted to be safe about it
7:00
anyway um but it was really cool and then I sat in the backseat of one that
7:04
drove itself so it was summoned by a smart car a Smart Watch app and he
7:09
pressed uh to bring the car to him and then 30 yards away an I3 with no one in
7:13
it starts rolling around the corner and pulls up right next to him and unlocks
7:16
the door which is pretty cool that's actually pretty sick yeah so I sat in
7:21
the back of it and the the steering wheel started whooping around actually
7:24
right when I sat in it when the lady like closed the door behind me I set up the camera and everything it was kind of
7:28
quiet for a little bit and I knew the guy had summoned it because the steering wheel snapped into place and then slowly
7:33
started rolling it was kind of cool that's sick yeah I know last year I did
7:38
a video on the I3 and this is the first
7:41
time I driv an electric car okay so I was going around Las Vegas and they had
7:45
like the the route that you were allowed to go on but my plan was I'm I'm hoping
7:49
I'm past statue limitations here uh my plan was we were going to swap out
7:53
drivers cuz I wanted Brandon my cameraman to be able to try it out as
7:56
well but as we're coming around one of the corners I was just talking about how
7:59
like I like the acceleration of the torque and electric cars coming around a corner and there's this giant Empty
8:04
Street so I was like all right sweet and I just stepped on it it was beautiful it
8:09
was amazing and that was the first time that I got to experience um the braking
8:13
in electric cars okay which was interesting as well because I maybe
8:17
almost hit someone and had to change lanes like a couple times to S between
8:20
them because I was going too fast but um anyways statue limitations whatever yeah
8:25
it was cool what other car stuff have you checked out here I I have done I8
8:31
stuff I didn't do a lot of I8 while I was here but today I basically just shot
8:35
a bunch of footage of the Tesla Model X that's in Panasonic's Booth uh and it
8:40
was crowded like I got to it on day one and of course it was crowded I was like
8:43
all right I'll come back later came back to it yesterday it was still crowded I was like all right I'll come back
8:47
tomorrow today should be dead today at 2 p.m. it's still very crowded so the
8:52
footage is all right uh but there's a lot of a lot of cool stuff about that
8:55
that I want to talk about last they were they were doing a pretty good job of
8:59
keeping it all right for you I heard that some uh some like white dude showed
9:03
up and was getting all up in your space
9:06
and like put hands like sir he's filming
9:09
right now go away it was weird cuz last year the video I did on at the Panasonic
9:14
Booth was a Tesla Model L but all the doors are closed the trunk was closed
9:17
you couldn't like look in so people would like walk up to the car look at it for a second and leave so I did a whole
9:21
video about it then and that's the first time I was in contact with Tesla after that video so I come I come to the booth
9:26
today and I guess the guy was like yeah oh yeah you want to do a video again this okay I'll help you out and
9:30
basically just started like fending off people who got near me as I was getting
9:34
footage and I guess Austin was trying to get b-roll and he was like sir you're G
9:37
to have to wait for this guy to finish and I just kind of like I was like is that awesome you just
9:42
Bush it was kind of funny but yeah that happened what do you think of model X uh
9:47
it's a weird thing so I saw I did a TLA
9:51
good intro for that they're going to put that on the marketing materials for a weird it's a weird thing MKBHD bumper
9:57
yeah no I saw one at the I did a Tesla
10:00
factory tour uh and I saw an earlier prototype and the side view mirrors were
10:04
just cameras pointed backwards and that was another one of those legal things
10:08
like can you really do that and apparently in certain States you can't and then eventually it's just like I
10:13
might as well just go rearview mirrors so they're traditional rearview mirrors
10:16
on what we saw in the Panasonic Booth other minor changes like the doors have
10:20
are different things the seats look different every time I see it uh but
10:24
it's still a weird vehicle that a lot of people are curious about like there are
10:27
tons of questions every time so uh the one thing that I'm it's a it's a
10:33
dual motor uh chassis essentially dual
10:36
motor system the same way the p85d is the one thing is the doors when they
10:41
lift up I was reading this in a Reddit thread it creates these little cracks
10:46
like if it's raining you're just letting rain pour into your car so I was trying
10:50
to get as many angles of the door opening as possible but I only really got one but it seemed like that could be
10:55
a problem there just door water falling into your car every time you open the
11:00
door hopefully that's not a problem they might be able to solve that by putting
11:03
like a fabric liner stretchy fabric line or something but it's not solved yet so
11:07
yeah and there's there's little things like this is um this is on my wife sold
11:10
it's like a 2008 rabbit um but just even
11:14
though it looks like the water should just drip down they just the way they've
11:18
curved the metal it just rolls in causes it to just roll down yeah and knowing
11:22
Tesla they've probably thought of that I think so I have faith in that but yeah
11:26
I'm excited I think it's supposed to start many manfacturing this year so
11:30
we'll see it around one of the Reas you couldn't touch the vehicle was the dra
11:34
didn't have the safety off installed yet they just cloes on your body the
11:38
Hydraulics yeah that would be bad they have to demo it very
11:43
carefully that's awesome I actually I had a plan to check
11:48
out a whole bunch of car stuff this year and it's cool talking to you about it
11:52
because I basically got to check out none um which was not great um but yeah
11:58
I know was was you get to check out like Audi and stuff as well Audi no I heard
12:02
about their booth and I heard about stuff they did with a smartwatch but I didn't get to visit them uh so I guess I
12:07
was I was kind of focused on like a few dense spots of the show floor rather
12:10
than try to you know explore as much as I did last year um but I heard about
12:15
Audi stuff but I didn't get to see it I mean oh sorry go ahead this is kind of a
12:19
completely offshoot thing but was this the first show that you've shot on a red
12:23
yes I've done more shooting out with
12:26
this camera than I did before every year it's fun I mean every time you get a new camera it's fun to just go out and shoot
12:30
and see what you can so this is one of those times where I'm just discovering
12:33
really what this camera is capable of and how much I enjoy using it so it was a lot of fun to shoot with it this year
12:38
last year it was the c100 that micone
12:42
exactly yeah but I I mean I don't shoot outside as much as I would like to so
12:47
it's fun to get out and do stuff like this yeah for sure so you've talked
12:51
about cars an awful lot but was there anything mobile wise that stood out to
12:55
you at the show this year not really mobile I mean I saw the new G x 2 which
13:00
was probably the most outstanding phone at the show I think that people are
13:04
talking about uh it seems like a phone people would actually want to buy whereas the first one cool concept cool
13:09
idea but I don't think anyone's going to actually buy that right so it's a little
13:12
closer to the G3 uh in its size and
13:15
shape and and Aesthetics um I'm good and
13:19
then there's the uh actually it's not mobile but I was actually impressed with
13:23
I was impressed with uh 8K TVs I saw one
13:27
in the sharp booth and I think in the Sony Booth as well and they were like 89
13:32
in and 98 in or something ridiculous but I can actually tell the difference in
13:36
the way it looked versus 4K TV not going to have any content it's not going to
13:40
look that good all the time but it looked really cool with the the demos
13:44
they had these you could basically walk up and read fine text did you see the
13:48
Sony projector the $55,000
13:53
projector the pair of projectors yeah the pair of projectors that that was
13:56
pretty cool 7 in from the wall
13:59
yeah and a 147 in image laser laser
14:04
projector they hand build them to order you wait 6 to8 weeks it doesn't matter
14:07
you're the king of Egypt you wait 6 to8 weeks for your projector yeah and as
14:13
awesome as I would be I don't have a wall that big in my apartment so it was
14:17
cool to see at the demo but yeah I look like some Egyptian this new light is
14:22
yeah yeah it's pretty I don't know what's going on there I think Egypt is a
14:25
democracy B oh interesting madon
14:29
literally glowing this is fantastic
14:32
um I you know how like pregnant women get that glow so you're all going to EnV
14:37
me now I'm like four times pregnant don't even worry about it all right so
14:41
go ahead what is your favorite stuff at the show I mean for me I think this is
14:46
this is a pretty obvious one um I get really excited about thin and light
14:50
laptops I get really excited about high performance gaming and I get super
14:54
bummed out when there's no such thing as a thin and light laptop that performs
14:59
really well that has great battery life that I mean I'm just asking to have my
15:04
cake and eat it too at this point so um I don't know you probably didn't check
15:07
out like any computer stuff at the show right not much less than last year which
15:10
wasn't a lot in the first place yeah so uh MSI of all people has a laptop that's
15:17
hyper thin it's uh it's actually lighter than I believe it's lighter than the
15:20
MacBook Air but don't quote me on that super light 13.3 in
15:25
Notebook and basically it's got like this proprietary slot in
15:29
and you slide it into this dock that's pretty boxy it's like pretty big and
15:33
then inside that dock is a full desktop graphics card so you just you power it
15:38
down you take it off in order to take it off or put it on and then when you boot
15:42
up the computer doesn't even know that there's onboard Graphics you're just
15:45
running directly off of an external graphics card so you'll get exactly the
15:50
same gaming experience pretty much on this laptop with an external monitor
15:54
yeah and then you want to go somewhere and have it not be like
15:59
would there ever be a way to get it to be able to undock and redock without
16:03
powering down that's probably a lot more difficult that is a lot more difficult
16:07
with Thunderbolt three or something it could
16:11
be possible but I mean the rumor now
16:14
though is that the the new Macbook Air is just going to be USB 3 typc I saw
16:18
that and I tweeted about that because I feel like the next version of it will
16:21
inevitably have two or three more Thunderbolt ports and oh we listened to
16:25
your complaints and we saw that and now you have more ports but only Port was
16:29
that one and I feel like so when you're charged or charging you don't have any
16:33
ports kind of a problem I heard a conspiracy theory that what they're
16:38
going to do is they're going to have the power brick have your io on it yeah I
16:44
would believe that okay interesting that makes s still what if you want to use
16:48
the io without the power brick though well you always have your power brick
16:51
with you no not I mean if you're just going to class and you want to bring
16:56
this laptop to class and oh I also need plug in a projector to do a presentation
17:02
does that mean you need to be plugged into the wall also that is kind of annoying I feel like I'm not sure on
17:07
that one the the guy seemed pretty convinced though that it was a totally
17:11
possible thing like just I could see a $60 breakout Cable in the Apple store
17:15
but I just don't know how how they would make that happen I don't know a deal
17:19
yeah 60 that's uh that's pretty reasonable table
17:24
for USB type c is pretty nice though have you been able to see the show at
17:27
all nope I haven't seen it yet either so you you saw it right yeah yeah it's it's
17:32
okay so it's it looks really similar to micro USB cable which small is scary
17:37
it's quite small yeah it's a little bit longer it seems and the Locking
17:41
connector on it is pretty intense you don't see teeth or anything it's
17:44
internally locking right so actually the first couple times that I plugged it in
17:48
I didn't realize that it was that it was locked that it was I I didn't push it in
17:52
all the way cuz I hit the end and was like okay cool and then I was like
17:56
that's all right and it sat in the port fairly well but then actually Nick Van
18:00
Burl went to go plug it in and plugged it in a lot more aggressively and it
18:03
clicked like audibly clicked and then to take it out you kind of have to like JS
18:06
it a little bit and take it out it's quite a locking cable and is that done
18:11
or is that prototype done yeah it's it's it's a like the port and the cable are
18:16
both fully released the motherboard is not completely ready yet one problem
18:20
that they're going to have with them is actually something that Austin was talking to me about earlier which is
18:24
where the standards for the cables and the ports and the devices are going to
18:27
be all over the place it's going to be a mess be or no there's yeah there's
18:32
several there's the USB that just charges you have to tag someone out if
18:35
you want to talk you can tag me out if you want I didn't know you could tag out a
18:40
co-host there are no rules on the W show rules you tag me out this can be Marcus
18:46
Austin take over you don't want you don't want to let me loose on that
18:50
man no um so basically the guy I was
18:54
talking to he said there are going to be several different kinds of these typesy
18:57
connectors so there's some that will just charge there will some that will be
19:01
just USB 2.0 and there will be the I think he said the full
19:04
featured Yeah Yeah so basically the full featured ones are the ones that can
19:08
handle DisplayPort handle 100 wats of power handle USB 3 like it that's that's
19:12
the one you want to know that when you're buy and that's the thing I I was asking about I was like wait how are you
19:16
supposed to know that he's like well we're considering maybe putting like like little flags on the cables to show
19:21
but he's like but manufacturers are not going to want to like do custom like
19:24
branding or something on it so I'm like man that this seems like a major problem
19:28
is is such a PC thing to do like that is the kind of thing that like everyone
19:33
knows I love the PC blah blah blah blah blah Apple doesn't do that stuff if
19:38
there's a if there's a cable there's a cable but you know what they're probably doing is they're probably saving on the
19:44
copper wiring and the shielding in the less expensive cables so they're trying
19:48
to be like oh well we have a lowcost USB to only version that's going to be a
19:53
disaster I mean what made USB good is
19:57
the U the U the yeah you made USB good all of you and
20:03
you unfortunate and you we all made it
20:07
possible it's all because of us I appreciate your recognition of my
20:11
accomplishments I'm honor yeah so it's
20:14
it's going to be interesting to see but that said being able to do 100 watts of
20:18
power DisplayPort USB all this kind of stuff over one little tiny cable which I
20:22
was not really quite sure I had seen like the pictures and videos of it and it just looked like okay whatever but
20:27
it's almost the same size is micro USB
20:30
it's very slightly wider I think it might be slightly thinner but it's for
20:33
all intens purposes basically like micro USB which is awesome and it's reversible
20:37
I don't know if you guys talk about that but it's I ask is it rever yeah you can
20:40
completely revers it um the one I played with it was just in like a like a little
20:45
top of the custom thing it wasn't like it wasn't a final cable yeah but when I
20:49
was plugging it in it seemed like it it seemed solid it wasn't like like it's
20:52
going to fall out it kind of felt a little bit like if you guys ever like Tred like a lightning cable it was
20:55
describing locking it or plugging it all the way in is sort of of a thing you
20:59
have to be conscious of well essentially it's internally
21:04
locking all the which reminds me of micro USB also
21:08
with some phones I don't have C for that yeah on some
21:12
phones I just realized we never did our video where we announced that the show's
21:16
live so we've only got like 3,000 people watching so you guys you guys are the
21:20
real MVPs that's a solid amount of people watch for no video just what is
21:24
this from tweets uh just uh we well we have like I think we have like 80,000
21:28
followers on twitch oh okay so like it goes It goes up to those guys those guys
21:32
in theory I think twitch's subscriber box is even worse than YouTube it can
21:37
take like 24 hours to send an email out too yeah so unless we do a 24-hour
21:41
stream a lot of people will I mean I don't any flights for a few hours we can
21:46
just miss ours right like that's cool right yeah we'll just we're going to
21:49
we're going to stay here in the course our sweet we're going to lock the door you're never going to get in barricade s
21:54
plan the flight change yeah no problem
21:58
upgade all around all right so I I got to pick on you again now that you're
22:02
back for a second let's do it let's do it you made you made one video so far
22:06
and it's about razer's micro console and I got to wonder was that that exciting
22:11
to you because like it's it's been done before like small Android box connects
22:14
to your TV over each M stop me if you've heard this before I've heard this one
22:18
before no no the reason I did that video first was I was in the Razer Booth um I
22:22
was actually waiting we were all hanging out and John was shooting videos so like
22:25
I had like 30 minutes so I started shooting I was planning doing some kind of like laptop round up or something so
22:29
I started shooting you know some of the laptops in the razor booth and then they
22:33
started talking with me about that and so the forge so I did a little bit of
22:36
video on that and then I started playing around with it I'm like wow this is
22:39
actually really solid and I started playing with the controller like I really like the feel of these buttons
22:43
and then the the key the the turret I was like this keyboard magnet what yeah
22:48
so like it was kind of like I started shooting shooting shooting and by the end I was like yeah this is a full video
22:52
so it really wasn't planned like I didn't expect it to be some kind of crazy thing but I was actually pretty
22:56
impressed I think the turret is my favorite thing that video Even though like it's called Razer Forge TV right
23:01
did you guys did you check out the turret I nope I didn't even go in the
23:05
razor Bo all right you you did though right you did a video on it right so
23:08
basically the turret is it's a like a little dock with a mouse and keyboard so
23:13
basically like it's meant for like playing like a game or something on like
23:17
your PC sitting on the couch like we're doing right now so basically you pull it
23:20
out there there's the keyboard and it folds out with a little like track pad
23:24
you take the mouse it's about this size it's it's a fairly small Mouse but it's
23:28
magn to the track pad lightly so you can still like it still has good tracking
23:31
and everything basically like you can still you know sit here in game without
23:35
like leaning it and like having it completely fall off or on your 8K TV
23:39
with your Crystal Clear text you could you could actually use a massive screen
23:44
like that from the couch that sounds pretty sick which is pretty cool yeah
23:48
it's it's it was surprising cuz like I just moved my gaming PC out to my living
23:51
room and I love being able to play on my TV actually I got a video on that um but
23:57
it's it's not the best having to deal with the mouse and like running cables
24:01
and it's like it's not really great for sitting on a couch and having to deal
24:04
with all that stuff all over the the coffee table so this looks
24:08
awesome okay changing gears a little bit you guys are camera dorks did you at
24:12
least find a chance to stop by parro uh
24:15
I was there on our way to Razer and I was hypnotized cuz everyone's standing
24:19
there with the their phones taking videos of it so in the 10 minutes of
24:22
took to walk past pirate we took to we saw the I guess it was a show basically
24:27
of all the drones flying around yeah that was pretty cool yeah so the the
24:30
bbop looks like a badass piece of machiney I missed that what is that okay
24:35
so the the AR Drone 2.0 m is a toy it's
24:39
garbage now right yeah it's their probably going to be their biggest
24:43
seller essentially cuz that's what people are going to see in the commercials it's a couple hundred more
24:48
for the bbop than it ever was for an AR Drone I think those were those were 300
24:52
right Luke get the AR drone yeah uh9
24:56
that sounds about right yeah somewhere like that so IOP is 500 and has some
25:00
crazy technology it's got GPS in it they've got a a range extender so you
25:05
still control with Wi-Fi but they've got a range extender that can go to 2 km wa
25:10
and it has like uh actual control knobs
25:13
and everything and you can get a live video feed from 2 km away flying the Bop
25:18
um original AR drone um what oh uh you
25:23
can use this I'm not doing anything with it okay so um range of 2 kilm right so
25:29
the original AR drone could only go like maybe 12 feet high CU it yeah it uses an
25:34
ultrasonic sensor to know how high it is so if you went too high it lost
25:38
tracktion and it freaks out yeah it's just like
25:41
goodbye wow so this one still has that
25:44
but it has uh a pressure sensor as well so you can actually fly it up really
25:49
high 1080p camera 180° lens um it has
25:53
support for Oculus so you can wear
25:56
that's that's pretty cool that's pretty cool so there's HDMI out on the control
26:01
module thing can you is the moving of
26:04
the head associated with the moving of the camera as well or is it just looking in I believe so but I'm not sure cuz
26:10
that would be the ultimate video rig if
26:13
I'm just standing on the sidewalk and getting sick Shots by myself watch that
26:18
video that drone video I was going to bring up DJI cuz they're doing a bunch
26:21
of things with the Inspire we have yeah we have a video coming on DJI is pretty
26:26
crazy I was messing with the Inspire one a while ago which is much bigger and
26:30
much more expensive and has a 4k camera and everything but controlling it you
26:34
need a separate person on a separate controller and that was cool if you have
26:37
two people and you can do that but uh yeah Oculus on my face with the I want
26:42
that yes I want that yes I totally want
26:45
that so cool so um so that that was
26:49
really cool and oh and you guys saw the air show then right yeah I I was walking
26:53
past it but I saw like the nine or so DRS we uh we actually I don't know if
26:57
I'm supposed to talk talk about this um there's only 3,400 of you so should
27:03
be fine as long as you guys each only tell three people and it's all good then
27:08
we should be fine they actually took us in the back backstage of the air show
27:13
that place is bananas they wouldn't let us take any pictures no video but it's
27:17
crazy they just had drones on drones on drones on drones on drones backup drones
27:22
props y repair tables like all all these parts the software that they're using
27:27
for this thing because the way it works is they had a patterned stage underneath
27:32
yeah it's got to be custom software essent they're building that yeah so oh
27:35
yeah the complete oh full custom so the bottom camera is looking at where it is
27:40
and so they're able to do like flips and reorient figure out stay exactly
27:43
precisely where they were get this when they set up the booth for the first oh I
27:47
really don't know if I should say this okay when they first set up the booth wasn't working yeah they were here until
27:53
2: or 3:00 a.m. the night before the first day of the show because they had
27:57
it working perfectly back in France and you you take something like that you
28:02
pack it up on like a plane you ship it
28:06
to you know Las Vegas you unpack it so
28:09
something's going to be different if something was slightly misaligned all of
28:13
a sudden a drone hits another drone right oh no cuz they don't know where
28:16
each other are that's high stake stuff I was saying like if one drone Taps
28:20
another drone it's over for that show so you got to be uh you got to be careful
28:24
with those that was it's crazy but drones are cool I was impressed drones
28:27
are cool yeah I'm really I'm really you see there's a YouTube video I don't know
28:31
when it was uploaded but it's kind of blowing up like yesterday and today
28:34
haven't of a guy it's his first drone flight and the DJI drones probably all
28:38
drones when they get low on battery uh they just lower themselves to the ground
28:43
slowly wherever they are so it's a it's a shot of a guy flying over a lake and
28:48
it's pointed back at the shore and you slowly starts to see the Drone go down
28:51
and they you see him running I don't want to spoil it but
28:54
it's one of the best videos I'll probably tweet it later I already see where this is going yeah no it's an
28:59
excellent last second does it land in a boat it's it's an excellent last second
29:04
save awesome you should he's leaving it
29:07
at the right Point yeah okay all right worth watching I'll definitely tweet it
29:10
later right cool DJ I drone was pretty sick I think
29:15
it can go like 60 are you tagging me out I'm still working here so there's no
29:19
point in tagging out um but I think it can go like 60 miles an hour Inspire one
29:23
yeah I think it's 75 75 that thing's insane and then like they're like yeah
29:28
the legal limit for height is limited to 75 oh the height the height is also
29:32
limited when we were messing with it we no I shouldn't say that yeah you
29:35
shouldn't say that but it was yeah thing is the legal limit exists absolutely he
29:41
put such a huge like audible disclaimer on legal limit letting me know like it's
29:45
drastically higher than this yeah I think it goes a mile in every direction
29:50
so what's some of your stuff what some of my what sorry some of your favorite
29:53
stuff from CES you know what some of the stuff that I enjoyed was just like I
29:57
don't know kind of kind of dumb stuff like um we saw the world's smallest and
30:02
lightest PC motherboard it's like 12 G or something like that it's got like 4
30:07
gigs of RAM it's got an interface on the back that supports a 512 gig SSD it's
30:11
like this big they put it on a scale for me I'm just like this is
30:15
stupid it's all right years of engineering it's kind of dumb this is I
30:20
was just like this is ridiculous like the heat sink is literally a piece of
30:25
copper foil that sits on top of the CPU all right that that is a little
30:29
ridiculous I like this is awesome they're like yeah this thing turbos to
30:32
like 2.6 GHz it's a dual core dual core
30:35
what it's uh Core i5 whatever no this is like no this is Broadwell this is like
30:40
some serious business wow where is this
30:43
going to like Ultra Ultrabooks tablets
30:47
um isus had like these hyper thin tablets that sit in the keyboard dock
30:51
like they do but they were like super thin x86 based full Windows 8.1 TV
30:59
from right Sony the
31:03
super and I walked up to it and I guess lose the B guy but if you want to T tab
31:09
tab me out if you want but you walk up to the TV and you can literally grab it
31:12
with two fingers and just twist it and it's it's still an LED panel and you can
31:16
move it around it looked really good but it was very thin so I think there's a
31:20
solution to that uh we stopped by Corning uh Corning usually has awesome
31:24
demos yeah and this year they didn't have anything practical like think I'm
31:29
in right now I can be here and be in we couldn't uh we couldn't just kind of
31:33
like drop stuff on Gorilla Glass like I've done in the past but this year they
31:37
were showing off a TV that doesn't have
31:40
a plastic diffusion layer so for an EDG lit
31:44
TV normally you'd need a plastic diffuser in order to get the evenness in
31:48
the backlight so they've developed a new glass that emits light evenly over the
31:54
entire surface instead if you light it at one end and it's really and at the
31:58
end it's pale so they were saying that this will enable thinner TVs because
32:03
with plastic you have to put a lot more structural components in with glass you
32:08
actually add a lot of structural strength and it can be and and it can be
32:12
hyper thin wow they also had that that uh that wire I was telling you about
32:17
they had um glass filament optical fiber
32:20
that instead of being designed to hold the light in is designed to let the
32:24
light out evenly it's so light they had a helium balloon Flo W and it's you so
32:30
it's you put a laser in one end and it glows they had a guitar that you strum
32:33
and it like it's all winding the guitar it was sick there's some cool stuff out
32:37
that CS like I we were over at the sharp booth and started looking around they
32:41
had some crazy displays all over the place I didn't see Sharp at all had I
32:44
think one of the better booths for the the panel stuff I mean there's TVs
32:48
everywhere but you you seen the sharp aqua crystal which has those you know
32:52
minimal displays on the top right and left a couple it's a phone yeah yeah
32:56
it's a phone and they had other examp of using that bezeless technology in car
33:02
displays and other shapes displays a circular version of that with no
33:06
bezel random other shape of it for a card dashboard and examples of things
33:11
like that look pretty cool I have videos of that too it's going yeah and there
33:15
was also the was it 89 80 was 89 the 89
33:20
in 8k TV 98 in akv yeah had so they had
33:24
those they had a completely bendable display that was like wrapped around a I
33:28
don't know if it's bendable I think it was it was just that's the shape it was
33:32
made it was they showing off that they can make displays and all these
33:35
different forms and shapes and they had one wrapped around pole which was
33:40
interesting reminded me of like a Time Square as you see except an actual TV
33:44
right really cool well I'm I'm actually pretty excited about HDMI
33:49
2.0 yeah so that's that's fine maybe not that excited I'm sorry maybe not quite
33:54
that excited no no I'm okay
33:58
2.0 no one can be as excited as you are about it I'm pretty excited very soon
34:03
GIF or GIF I say JF because that's the way it's said to be said is peanut
34:08
butter I don't remember how I said it before that thing that whole article I
34:12
don't remember how I said it before then all right we won't get into this one all
34:17
right yeah HDMI
34:20
2.0 I dance a lot you realiz HD 2.0
34:24
thank you actually yeah HDM 2.0 cuz I have there's a vis TV that HDMI 2.0 so I
34:29
had a 970 hooked up to a 50in VI 4K TV
34:32
HDMI 2.0 4K 60z dope yeah yeah not not
34:38
that terribly meaningful for actually this is something I get my audience in
34:43
particular is is begging and pleading me to do 60 HZ videos 60 yeah 60 FPS videos
34:50
um and something that I want to kind of address here and maybe if I have such
34:55
credible gentlemen here in the with me to back me up on this you guys might
34:59
actually believe it 60 HZ is great for
35:03
gaming it's great for viewing gameplay
35:06
thank you thank you a 60 HZ display with 60fps content is great for gaming it is
35:12
great for viewing gaming content and it's great for sporting events very high
35:17
speed very high speed imagery for
35:20
something like him sitting in his room
35:24
talking like this now I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to kind of drop a
35:28
bombshell here okay I'm ready we we uploaded a video at 60 FPS bombshell
35:33
time about a month ago okay and everyone
35:37
freaked out in the video they're like this is so great oh it was a it was 60
35:43
it was 60 FP or it was 30 FPS content and I just exported it at 60 FPS that
35:49
place nobody caught it
35:52
wow you can't make frames a pretty big ball wow I mean that's says a lot though
35:58
cuz you yeah I would I would have looked very carefully into those comments I
36:02
like I want to go back and find that now but like people ask me all the time when
36:05
are you going to start doing uh 60 frames per second videos any of you guys here seen the
36:10
Hobbit in 48 frames I haven't actually
36:14
see I saw The Hobbit one in 3D and I was so disappointed that I didn't bother
36:18
seeing Hobbit 2 and 3D I saw it in 2D and I haven't seen Hobbit 3 because
36:22
Hobbit 2 was terrible Hobbit 3 is better than Hobbit 2 but that's like saying
36:26
that this frog sandwich tastes better than like the cow sandwich I
36:31
would say The Hobbit it's going to be great when someone cuts into a 2-hour
36:34
movie Case all three and cut a two hour movie Yes anyway back to back to
36:39
60 if you guys aren
36:45
familiar all right all right all right I'm getting kicked off my okay so got
36:51
have you guys seen The Hobbit yes I have not you have not okay SE all three what
36:55
did you think of the first one way too long but okay and then the
36:59
second one awful third one not bad right
37:03
like I felt the exact same way the first two were elongated garbage yes
37:09
unfortunately even though I love story lines all kinds of just like they they
37:14
were enjoyable in Parts but there's just so many things that just like you pulled
37:18
you right out of the story cuz you like why is this happening why are dwarves
37:22
able to fight this well against all these other things it's like has seen
37:26
the hobit T what's happening right
37:32
now you can come back now no no we're talking about 60 FPS video oh 60 FS you
37:37
can probably talk about that so that's why we why I brought up Hobbit because I
37:40
thought Hobbit was actually pretty decent did you watch in the 4 I watched the first one in 48 and I enjoyed it I
37:45
could I could tell it wasn't it was still a little weird right it almost
37:49
felt like if you watch like an early like like movie or something it's like
37:52
watching one of those like Spanish TV like a soap op run soap yeah one of
37:56
those and it's distracting feels feel a different genre it's a i is it real
38:00
though well no like to me okay to me um
38:03
48 frames per second and anything higher than 24 or 30 even 30 to a degree it
38:10
just like Cinema like if you're talking about a feature film not a not like a
38:14
YouTube video but a featur film you're there to like get immersed in that story
38:19
line right mean so it no longer it it
38:22
becomes a distraction exactly exactly like and the frame rate should the any
38:26
technical aspect of the the movie should not be taking you out of the story it's
38:30
like if you shot a whole video at f0.95 yeah and it's like nothing's in
38:35
everyone's noses are in focus and their faces are out yeah it just doesn't look
38:38
like it's it's no long it's distracting again and it takes you out of the story
38:43
it's a technical feat sure but does that
38:46
mean it's better unnecessary I don't want to Che anyone else out but I have a
38:50
question for the F guys something I'm not super educated on uh Lord of the
38:56
Rings Peter Jackson known forzy shots the mot in Towers at 24 FPS
39:03
my brain and in the new one when he pans
39:07
through the mountain and it shows all the gold when he's doing a really quick
39:12
pan of all the gold it just looks disgusting at s yeah yes so I I feel
39:18
part of that is just because 48 his fault or I feel like high frame rate
39:22
stuff is new I feel like it's not figured out yet like there have been
39:27
High frame rate videos but like it's never really been like really worked out
39:31
as like as far as like for movies like this is a fairly new thing so I want to
39:35
fine just those like those two kind of shots when you sh at a higher frame rate
39:39
you also have to shoot at a higher shutter speed when you pan at a high
39:43
shutter speed Things become jittery and choppy and weird so those big sweeping
39:47
shots might look cool at 24 when everything's nice and smooth start
39:52
understand it's actually 2 FPS I'm making room for bur bur come here it's a
39:56
weird looking bring it in bring it in
40:00
don't move the 11 someone I don't know who just
40:04
join can I tou it so I feel like 60 FPS
40:09
video looks awesome like lios is saying gameplay it's great but for like a
40:13
normal YouTube video of like me sitting
40:16
in like in front of my desk like my face doesn't look that much better than 60
40:19
FPS it looks a little bit better but not that much for the amount of data you
40:23
have to add in each to to make a you know an officient workow well yeah
40:28
that's the other you're just adding I don't know really putting a burden on
40:32
yourself if you're adding 60 FR for for what sort of difference really right so
40:36
well and the other thing that a lot of people might not know if you don't use a camera like really often you're not
40:40
really diving into it is when you shoot at a higher frame rate you need a higher
40:44
shutter speed and you need more light like and all of those things add up to
40:48
oh man this experience is not this is like this is throwing me off and that's
40:53
why I think like it's a creative choice for Peter Jackson to I got do an aerial
40:58
that's so fast that it's hard for people to kind of register it that's his choice
41:01
he could do it differently to make it a little bit easier on the eyes can we
41:05
just pause second and say that we mentioned 60 FPS video now like a bunch
41:08
of Lord of the Rings nerds arguing can we just like the W was destic discussion
41:13
stood up for 30 seconds guys we took over for 30 seconds and now we're like
41:17
complete nerd right off track I feel like I got to tag out I will tag out and
41:22
take one for the team here all right so what's the
41:25
topic I you got to lead this the topic
41:29
now righty then I'll I'm just going to read the chat until I call a new
41:34
topic H Nick
41:40
MLG oh it said LMG never mind that's a
41:43
different one I do like uh High frame rate video when it slowed down though
41:47
take yeah absolutely had some stuff um the BMW i3 when it was avoiding crashing
41:53
and I it was shot at like 90 frames a second and I do everything at so
41:57
basically have the car going towards the barrier full screen and you full speed
42:02
you see it avoid crashing and then I replayed it and you can see it you can
42:06
see the people in the car like shift forward you can see a little bit of the
42:09
tire shifting it's cool it's cool to see that kind of stuff when you slow it down
42:13
slow motion is ridiculously awesome because like the amount of things that
42:17
you can see that you would never be able to see in real life D like if you like
42:21
the Phantom little detail 1200 frames per second 2500 frames second level the
42:25
things that you can do with that thing and like literally you cannot see that
42:28
with your eyes your eyes will not be able to see that I feel the same way
42:32
from slowmo about uh time lapse too it's
42:35
like you can't see a time lapse with your eyes like just in everyday life you
42:39
can't see something be faster than it usually is but then when you see a time
42:42
lapse of like the clouds or something like that it's just this like phenomenon
42:46
it's incredible yeah these these AK TVs
42:49
there's no AK video to show on a lot of them but in order to make an AK video
42:52
they show a lot of these time lapses like 28 photos a large format camera so
42:57
they're rolling through these images and it's just surreal looking at like a
43:02
whole city for a whole day as the CLS R by and the lights change in 8k was just
43:07
crazy like just like you're looking outside right now yeah yeah it's pretty
43:10
insane and you actually said you noticed like an actual difference between
43:15
signicant well at that at that size like
43:18
it was 89 in TV where I looked at it I was like that looks better when you're
43:22
seeing something like like like 42 in or something like that I don't think you
43:25
can exact 15t away from it looking at it depends
43:30
on how far you sit from it depends on how big it is but yeah I feel like if
43:34
I'm if I'm putting it on a wall way over there I might not notice that difference
43:38
but it's all about the distance and like there's like always an optimal
43:42
especially with a lot of the curve TVs unless you're like directly in this the
43:46
exact spot you're not really getting a better although I did see one manufacturer claiming that was better
43:52
for there's one curved TV that I kind of
43:55
that I kind of get no no I'm I'm I'm playing um crap I
44:01
forget who it was they showed it they showed it last year as well but
44:05
basically they okay I got mixed messages mixed messages but they were saying that
44:10
uh one person told me that you could actually change the curve so it's that flexible TV who say that again Sammy Sam
44:17
yeah you're right want say sam so you can curve it all the way and then you
44:21
can uncurve it all the way that's a prototype one that they have there and someone told me that you might be able
44:25
to stop in between that would be super cool you go flat if you've got like 10
44:29
guys over you could go all the way curve if you're watching by yourself right
44:32
just I guess if you're that into the curve and you have to have it for
44:36
yourself then that would be a good option one yeah I don't know I have a
44:41
curved TV but I never watch it with 10 people it's usually one or two so we
44:44
just sit in the middle of the couch and it's fine but I saw like a curved TV
44:48
like on one of these rotating stands and it was saying look at how many more
44:51
viewing angles there are and it just Twisted the TV around and you're like I
44:54
guess I could see that there wasn't any color shift as it got to the edges yeah
44:58
maybe it's a benefit I don't know well actually one of the really early um I
45:03
read an article recently um and the Sony is actually making curved sensors for
45:09
like they're develop it's not it's like it's super early not even like they
45:14
haven't even found the perfect use case but I think the idea is that it the way
45:18
that if you can curve a sensor you can build a lot more like technical um
45:23
stabilization Stu cuz Sony's got their stabiliz their five Act of stabilization
45:27
thinking of what benefits that would have over just different glass like what
45:30
would a curve what would an image from a curved sensor look like would just be
45:34
distorted I don't know something brought
45:38
back after it's super on but it's interesting
45:42
cuz I like the article went on about how I think in that technology they've
45:47
somehow managed to figure out how to gather more actual light than you can
45:51
with a flat sensor I don't know how did they did that and that's that's again
45:55
application is kind of but and it's it's it's it's not just more light it's like
46:00
they're getting crazy amounts of dynamic range like 25
46:04
stops like can you even think can you fathom 25 stop number SS kidding holy
46:10
crap well hopefully in C Us in the next
46:13
cou Years be see 20 2017 or
46:17
NAB oh have you ever I should go to na let let's go to
46:22
na let's just go right now we're in just wait here till April I like how this is
46:27
totally been hijacked from you know yeah there's not even there's no want to get
46:31
PC Electronics Show yeah we're T all right thanks everyone see go away no
46:36
more cameras we take over all right just Austin and I the Austin and Luke show
46:39
has just begun welcome hopefully you're enjoying the camera talk uh no more of
46:44
that no more cameras hi now we're going to talk about face mounted displays face
46:47
mount I like because I've seen the Oculus booth and most of the other VR
46:51
boots and you've very specifically seen all the other VR Bo I've seen all the
46:54
things is your is your other one up is that video up that video is not that was
46:58
what we were shooting oh a little bit of that was shot today yeah awward I'm yeah
47:03
most of my stuff going go up later but yeah I can talk about so um I tried a
47:06
few different things so first of all gear VR have you tried it I haven't gear
47:10
VR definitely I've tried it a few times okay so I hope you're with me it's
47:14
awesome it is awesome so I played a game
47:17
uh if you guys don't know Samsung Gear VR it's like just you thr the note for
47:21
it's kind of like an like a housing for the not for kind of a little bit like Google cardboard although it's a little
47:24
bit it's quite a bit nicer it's nicer yeah for sure the note 4 I mean it's got that 1440p screen you know Oculus was
47:30
already using Note 3 screens in the DK2 right yeah so it it's actually it makes
47:35
sense it's a really nice screen it's a very good visual experience if nothing
47:38
else and it is good in other ways as well but its visual experience is
47:42
definitely yeah so the demo I tried do you know the one where it's it's you're
47:46
constantly flying forward and then you control you're entirely controlling it
47:50
by looking around and then you tap the side to shoot you know what I don't know
47:53
if I've done that one I've done quite a few D that one blew my mind because that
47:56
one kind of show one of the big advantages of the gear of your over something like Oculus it's completely
48:01
untethered right so like I was able to like spin around because the entire
48:05
controls are you looking so I can spin my chair around do everything and I
48:09
wasn't tethered so it was it was like I was just like this like I looked
48:13
completely insane but that's awesome that's exactly what you want from a
48:16
virtual reality experience yes because in the real world you might look insane
48:20
but in the game it makes a ton of sense yeah that was I was literally I took it
48:23
off I was like grinning for like 5 minutes straight that it felt exactly
48:28
like it felt when I tried the very first Oculus with the E Valkyrie demo or
48:32
whatever it was called back then EVR whatever it was like their original
48:35
version like I tried that I was just like this is the greatest thing ever I pull my phone like okay I got to order
48:39
one of these things your VR was like that same experience of like whoa this
48:42
is really really awesome and it was on a phone like it looked awesome it was on a
48:46
phone so here VR it's very very
48:50
impressive and I like that you brought up the non-tethered experience cuz that
48:54
is a big deal um hopefully stuff like Wireless HDMI stops being kind of sort
48:58
of junk well like in certain situations
49:01
it's good but not for virtual reality cuz it's too slow for
49:05
that for that I don't mean junk in I've heard Oculus they've talked so much
49:09
about trying to get every tiny like millisecond out of the the latency I
49:12
don't think Wireless is going to work well unless they not for them at least
49:15
for a very long time although looking at how good that note 4 was running I don't
49:20
think we're that far off from having like an entirely untethered Oculus like
49:24
you have you'll have troubles with like the big crazy games but then I also
49:29
think that uh games created as both experiences might become less and less
49:34
of a thing over time because people are starting to realize that when you build
49:37
a game around a like keyboard mouse or controller experience those are actually
49:42
much more similar than a VR experience you can't really shoehorn a normal game
49:46
go ah throw Oculus line you really can't do that it's working for now but in the
49:51
long R it's working I feel like like I
49:54
haven't seen any like awesome experience
49:57
on VR that was not already like designed for VR I haven't seen it some of like uh
50:02
throw it on like a couple things work reasonably well but like all the best
50:05
demos I've tried on VR were completely made from the ground up and a lot of
50:09
them are simple too like this I was literally just flying around shooting
50:12
ships but just because I was in it and I was spinning around andil for exactly
50:17
like that that that's a big deal so I think that's a huge part of the VR
50:21
experiences not so much the hardware I feel like Hardware is almost at this point good enough like the 1440p screen
50:26
solid yeah but that the software really needs to feel like some things in terms
50:31
of Hardware are going to be interesting because uh and this ties in again to the
50:35
needs to be built for it idea um because
50:38
if you can get really close up to things texture resolution becomes a huge
50:42
problem because if you're like this far away from something the text resolution
50:46
on that item needs to be very high for it to not look terrible because the
50:50
resolution on your screen can be great but when you're too close to things it can just ruin the experience so things
50:55
need to either be made in a way that like say you're in a ship the things in
50:59
the ship have a really good texture resolution and then the objects outside
51:02
of it which won't get that close to you could maybe tone it down a little bit and that's where performance might
51:06
become an issue because High texture resolutions can be a problem I feel like
51:09
VR is like an entirely like huge Step
51:12
Beyond anything like you sure you have like 1080p screen or 1440p screen but
51:16
like considering just how different it is and plus you keep keep in mind that
51:19
you're running it for both eyes have to keep like a what 75 frames or something
51:23
like that for it depends which one I believe the new unit the what is it
51:28
Crescent Bay is a 90 HZ is it 0 now of course you can run your game slower than
51:33
that but it has the potential of running up right yeah so like it's
51:38
Mass I almost feel like yeah we just
51:41
just watch the video I almost feel like VR might just kind of like push a lot of
51:45
Hardware to like step up the game like you know you're not just running a 1080p
51:50
screen like this is an entirely different deal yeah honestly right now
51:54
um and it's it's not the same as when like let's say 10 years ago but right
51:58
now most people entering the gaming scene can buy a pretty freaking
52:02
affordable computer and be totally fine
52:05
no problems running High frame rates all that kind of stuff the second you jump to VR if you want to run 1440p screen 90
52:12
FPS imagine something that crisis
52:15
ridiculous so hard so that's going to be interesting but then again experiences
52:21
that are designed and tailored to be on VR where they know these performance
52:25
issues going to be a problem uh if they can make something and that's another
52:29
cool thing about gear VR too it has its own store yes so you're not going to be
52:32
trying to do the PC experiences you'll be doing stuff that's made for gear VR
52:36
which is perfect and that makes a ton of sense and people will be able to go in there with the knowledge of what they're
52:40
building it for and be able to create things that make a lot more sense for
52:43
gear VR untethered experiences maybe
52:46
don't make it so you can get super close to things make it more of like I and
52:50
like super close to things I mean literally in your face you can get as
52:53
close as you want it's not like you're you know looking at it for on a TV
52:56
that's like 5T away you can like the second you get any amount of distance
53:00
off uh text resolution isn't nearly as important it's when you're like H I want
53:04
to see like this screw on this object cuz that's one of the first things I do
53:07
if I look at this mouse I put it this close to my face I can still see all the
53:10
detail right but like if it's sitting on the table I don't need that much detail
53:13
so you figure it's like a it's pretty crazy have you tried much VR stuff not a
53:18
whole lot but I did really like the Oculus demo I don't I don't do super
53:22
well with like fully immersed VR yeah
53:25
like I get a little dizzy motion sick sometimes I really enjoyed the uh the uh
53:31
that should get better for you over time as experien has become a lot did you
53:34
check out the demo not no line did you
53:38
hear about it a little bit about it no okay it was interesting they had uh I
53:42
think this was the first time at least at a show that I've been at that
53:46
probably done it developed uh not even that they've had fully developed demos
53:50
before um but it was standing oh right right it was a
53:54
standing experience so you stood on like this pad which was kind of like like so
53:59
that you knew where you'd be in frame of the motion capture camera the motion
54:03
capture camera is a lot wider frame vertically and horizontally and there's
54:06
now IR tracking LEDs that can track you when you're sideways and when you're not
54:11
facing the camera so it's not an untethered experience right but it's
54:16
kind of in between because before it was a seated in front of the camera this is
54:21
what you have to do experience now you can stand up you can move around a little bit more you still have a cable
54:26
yeah there's still like a box that you have to stand in both of those things
54:29
are not the same as gear VR um but we
54:33
saw some pretty crazy demos there was there was uh one where there's like a
54:36
dinosaur coming after you that was pretty cool we went through an unreal uh
54:40
engine demo which was sick I Brandon and I both did it and both of us like
54:44
naturally tried to dodge the bullet which was nuts and glass flying at me
54:48
and I'm like oh jeez legit and I've used
54:51
development development kit 2 enough that I've basically gotten rid of those
54:56
natural responses but with the new one and standing and just being out of all
55:00
those elements that I'm used to now it's it's triggering me again to start moving
55:04
which is really cool because that immersiveness is huge the only thing that kind of broke it for me uh which
55:08
will be a problem for gear VR too but not necessarily everything and hopefully
55:12
new controllers come up for this is the second something got in my face I wanted
55:16
to go try to grab it yeah and I put my hand up my hands got there it's it's
55:20
immersion breaking um and we'll also
55:24
need this is again where maybe gear VR won't be super in this direction because
55:27
physics events will be really hard to do but games where you're shooting stuff or
55:31
whatever totally fine um but on desktop ones where they can put more processing
55:34
power into the physics and stuff if you're able to wear like a glove that is
55:39
tracking your hand and has some amount of haptic feedback in it um and grab
55:43
things and move them like if you could do that Superhero scene where you're
55:47
running and everything's else is in super slow motion and you're going in
55:50
full speed and you can like grab things that are in the air and throw them at people stuff like that could be so
55:54
sickand talking like a little bit of a look at something like that with Razer
55:59
osvr today and I had basically it was Elite motion right on the the front of
56:04
the headset and the demo we tried was
56:07
like you you hold your hands out and you have like fireballs and you like throw
56:10
them and it was just tracking your hands right so you could like track your
56:13
individual fingers hold it up high and you can just like throw it like the the
56:18
like the ghosts that were flying around I feel like that might be a a decent
56:21
kind of like middle ground but the tracking totally makes sense the
56:25
tracking at least from me was a little SP it was pretty rough it didn't work
56:29
that often now there's problems with that with uh interference cuz we were in
56:33
the hall but it's not going to fix the problem um it's like a stepping stone
56:38
yes for sure uh I also tried another
56:41
leap motion implementation which was at sulon cortex that was lot worse uh it
56:47
probably worked about like 10% of the time but a lot of that again due to
56:51
interference in the hall cuz they were in an area with a lot of robots and
56:54
stuff so there's a lot of radio inter I don't know how that messes with Elite
56:58
motion but tell me that was a problem um
57:01
and yeah there was some serious issues with hand tracking there but then again
57:05
at osvr jumping back uh yeah very
57:09
specific positioning which was frustrating constantly like it would
57:12
lose track so you hold your hands up like H okay I've got it no I lost yeah
57:16
yeah yeah and that was that was frustrating you can get the hand of it
57:19
but um get the hand of it get it sorry I
57:23
had to um but it's it's those are the kind of things that we have to overcome
57:27
especially when it comes to input because um a game like that I didn't
57:31
even really think about it at first but I was talking about manipulating objects being difficult in terms of processing
57:35
power but a game like that would totally work for something like GE VR yeah and
57:39
if you could get better tracking you know your VR has a note built in I
57:45
wonder if you could like somehow leverage like the the rear facing camera or something I know there there's a like
57:49
a piece like I wonder of like moving forward like you can kind of work out
57:53
exactly yeah because like you think if you're working the phone right you have
57:57
a lot of stuff it's already using like sensors and whatnot but I wonder like you work cameras in like no that's a
58:01
good idea that's I feel like there there's more that you can do if you're working with a phone like before this I
58:05
had zero expectations of gear VR it's just some goofy thing that they made I
58:09
mean I liked Google cardboard but it was it was decent but it was didn't blow my
58:13
mind right but gear VR I'm actually I'm paying way more attention to like some
58:17
kind of like fully you know built I
58:20
fully integrated hey hi there's more people behind us too what up bro hi guys
58:26
go on you can tag in if you want just let me know but uh yeah know I'm
58:30
actually way more excited about some kind of like fully like I some St what I
58:35
integrated headset yeah yeah and that would be really cool I'm going to jump
58:40
to suon Cortex you right okay so the
58:43
idea of it is there's a spatial scanner on the back of your head there's stereo
58:47
cameras on the front and then other than that it looks a lot like um an Oculus or
58:52
a gear VR it's untethered Okay so
58:56
the idea is that theal scan and the stere Camas take the environment that's
59:01
in the room and then recre through so
59:04
there's an almost direct pass through kind of style thing going on where I can
59:09
like I was standing in the room with Brandon and some of the guys that were doing the demo with me and I could see
59:13
Brandon the guys through the cameras like it wasn't a recreation it was through the cameras um and then there
59:18
was a portal on one side of the room so I walked from where I was and went
59:22
through the portal and then the whole structure of the room the walls and
59:26
everything was gone and now I'm in this like dragon or it was a what was it a
59:31
Hydra layer and I had to fight this Hydra and it was a funny idea because
59:37
this was Shield block and this was shooting spells and it was based on
59:41
Elite motion so when I went to osvr I was like this is oddly familiar um but
59:46
yeah the problem with that was huge issues with hand tracking the screen was
59:52
not ready like I know you were not stoked on the osvr screen I wasn't
59:55
either but the cortex was worse um now
60:00
this isn't the final Version Y so they're going to be they're going to be
60:04
replacing delete motion so hopefully the problems with tracking will be gone
60:08
they're going to be updating stuff like the screen so hopefully they'll solve
60:11
those issues like it's it's very early on they didn't even let me film in the
60:15
area that I was able to do the demo cuz they didn't want you to see the unit
60:19
that they had that had like some wires going all over the place and stuff um
60:23
which I thought is kind of silly because Oculus is like look at every single version of everything we've ever made
60:27
that looks like trash which like everyone I know thinks is cool um and
60:31
then they didn't let us film like an external screen for what the demo I was
60:36
going through was either right so I wasn't able to show that I mean I can
60:39
understand like you're working on something that's a prototype it's not done yet you don't want someone to make
60:42
a video like look how much this thing sucks it's not done but talking here now
60:47
you're talking about everyone's assuming it's way worse yeah right like if you
60:50
could just see the experience cuz it wasn't it was a good proof of concept
60:54
right I don't think it's ready and it's obviously not it's not released yet um
60:58
but I don't know if even their release will be ready because I know they're
61:02
planning on they're trying to get terar to poke one of us um the twitch chat is
61:07
do that do it I'm sorry um Austin yeah they have development kit releasing in
61:12
however many months and that is as far as I know the only development kit
61:15
they're going to release and then CV
61:18
they don't have a release date but as far as I can tell they're getting close to what they want the final version to
61:22
be and it's not ready in my opinion but
61:25
this idea of spatial scanners stereo cameras and
61:29
being able to interact with environments that are very similar to the room that you're in are interesting the other demo
61:35
that I had from them was so same kind of like rectangular room there's an engine
61:40
in the middle okay and I remapped the room so I could see the wall so I could
61:43
walk up to the wall and touch it and the wall was actually there so you're talking about the actual like physical
61:47
wall that you were the physical wall so you're walking around in this demo yeah
61:50
yeah okay um so I could walk up to the physical wall and it was recreated in
61:54
the headset so I could walk up to and touch it now this was virtual so it was
61:58
like a glowing wall but it when I touched it I actually touched the actual
62:01
real wall which is kind of a cool experience to be completely honest wait
62:05
you could touch the wall yeah I was it was it was a demo that I could walk
62:09
around in so it was a big rectangular room and I could walk around and it and
62:12
the headset has stereo cameras on the front and a spatial scanner so it
62:15
recreated the room in the virtual reality headset and then you can go around and like touch the walls and
62:19
whatnot that's amazing and then and then I touched the engine
62:25
seductively is it time that we all like start lounging is that part of the way I
62:30
canou but if I Lounge back then you'll be touching my penis yeah it's going to
62:34
get a little bit personal I'll go a little bit virtual reality someone else
62:39
yeah there we go bring it around to to
62:43
keep going on on my more boring story there's an engine in the middle of the room floating and you can go up to it
62:47
and look at it and all that kind of stuff and then if you hold your hands in front of you and go like that the engine
62:53
will explode isn't the right word but like all the individual pieces will pop
62:57
out and you'll be able to see like all the different screws and each individual
63:00
piston and all that kind of stuff and then if you put your hands up again and
63:04
pull in the engine will reassemble itself sorry I can't take you seriously
63:07
with him right behind me I'm so used to him screwing around that it like almost
63:12
you're immune to this yeah I'm just like whatever it's just happening this is a
63:17
thing that's exactly the line that I've been waiting to hear all my life
63:25
the wind show oh no okay all right okay
63:30
all right so now that you're here uh hi
63:33
hi first of all I feel like I just took over welcome this is a little show
63:38
called The W show glad to have you on uh
63:42
it's basically we talk about uh The Hobbit uh people love talking about
63:46
cameras best part uh we talk about VR
63:49
way too much yeah and that's pretty much it so
63:54
welcome uh how's your day going well I was thinking
63:57
maybe we should actually look at that hashtag that we told everyone to use
64:01
hash Austin's nipple wait is it Austin
64:05
nipples Austin s nipple singular okay
64:08
Austin's nipple so I have one nipple all
64:12
right um okay what some what about the porn
64:18
set I don't know if we have time for that one well we just turn the camera
64:22
around Andrew says this is seriously the coolest way show I love this community
64:27
Gathering YouTubers this is fun this is literally like there just happens to be
64:31
a camera rolling how did that get there did they even notice that TLD today and
64:36
your average consumer are back there yeah guys come on come on come on up tag
64:41
yourselves in my friends I just I just want welcome to
64:46
Ash Austin nipple I wanted to point something out which is that we're not
64:49
supposed to be using the pool table you got to point that out that's how it's
64:53
going to be Corsair staff only apparently I need to I am getting I'm
64:58
getting booted booted from the show what's going
65:03
onit take over take over the show we can't take over show yes you can L you
65:08
got to join us I can't do this all myself you got
65:13
this man you've got this okay okay how
65:16
about I talk about the that I thought I made it I made it everyone's been look at my crotch it's cool this is Teran
65:20
Tech tips now I the alliteration and that's what what have you seen at the
65:24
show that you like I will tell you all
65:27
right so the coolest thing that I saw was um did you swing by the Intel area I
65:33
was barely there okay I was there for like only with you today so we were
65:37
passing through there and I saw this guy with a robot hand that was 3D printed
65:41
and I was I was just staring at I was like what does he have like a real hand
65:45
under there is this fake but he did not have a right hand right so he had like I
65:49
don't know he was born without a hand um and and it was like up to up to here or
65:54
or or here is when it stopped I couldn't tell because so like fairly far down his
65:58
forearm but they used an Intel scanning thing to scan what ARM he had and they
66:04
made a 3D printed mold from that um to
66:07
go on the rest of it and then they had the regular I guess the stock kind of hand which was connected to I I suppose
66:14
there were Motors I think it was uh done by wire or something like howon works
66:21
and he was wearing something on his hip as well and there were all these sensors
66:24
all over his ual ARM because he was mind controlling this 3D printed mind control
66:30
and it was just the the coolest thing and he was shaking people's hands and I
66:34
shook his hands yeah and you said it there was so so if you don't move your
66:38
no no no no wrist action at all it's a little awkward trying to shake with no
66:43
wrist action kind weird yeah so but it
66:46
was still amazing it was still the coolest thing ever he he could do the fist bump and he he could explode expl
66:51
the fist out it was amazing um that's really cool so I I didn't know that it
66:56
was possible to have mind control of a hand yeah I
67:02
know because I've seen the the guy that has like two new arms or whatever I saw
67:07
that oh yeah yeah yeah I saw that one but they had to like go into his chest or his brain and like it was really
67:11
painful I think it was both I'm not even sure I didn't look enough into it but um
67:16
on to only move one thing at a time but he could control both B um on
67:22
the topic of like assistance of the potentially disabled um one thing that I
67:27
saw at what is it even called
67:30
showstoppers uh so like kind of CES like the attachment thing CS it's not it's
67:35
not actually so far yeah it was just um Brandon and I actually um but it was a
67:42
like external exoskeleton kind of thing
67:46
I'm not the right oh is that well is the right word what did it
67:52
do I feel like I'm doing the wrong way but like you strap it your legs and your
67:56
arms and stuff and then it assists movement yeah okay yeah for some reason
68:01
I think there's a different word well there's a word for it that's not
68:05
exoskeleton but I know what you're talking about so is this for workers or
68:09
for disabled this is for uh people that don't have proper movement in their legs
68:14
have a cousin uh who has that problem okay so the person she has one of these
68:18
that won't distract me oh does she yeah it's 3D printed interesting so the
68:22
person distract me a uh that that they had there was a disabled veteran and he
68:28
was able to walk around with completely disabled legs on his feet he had to
68:32
support himself a little bit with scutches i his legs were completely
68:36
disabled and he could walk legs were completely disabled and he could walk that doesn't make sense to me he had no
68:40
muscle control or just a little bit I don't think he had any cuz how can you
68:43
walk if you have no control at all over your because the uh I think what was it
68:48
through like I think Hip motion really you would trigger the machine to move
68:52
forward okay so it's got It's motorized yes no definitely that's the whole idea
68:56
okay cuz the one that my little cousin has it's I think it's rubber bands and
69:00
you just you you put bands on cuz she's missing a lot of muscles right right so
69:04
they're like replacing yeah exactly yeah no this was he was in a wheelchair most
69:08
definitely and they they had to help him strap in wow and like lift his legs and
69:12
strap the and all his stuff but then he could stand up he had to use uh crutches
69:17
because I believe I was thinking about doing a video on it but then I was just so far out of my league on this one that
69:21
I I didn't think it was a good idea um he was able to use crutches because
69:25
because he would lean forward it was kind of like a segue but with legs so if
69:30
he leaned forward and put a little bit of weight on his crutches his legs would
69:33
start moving and if he stopped leaning forward and stood up the legs stop
69:38
moving it's a bipedal segue yeah kind of
69:41
and I'm like man this is super cool but I like can't explain how it works or
69:46
anything we get video Le no okay speaking of um speaking of people being
69:52
able to roll around did you guys see the virtual Booth today I saw it I can't
69:59
remember I yeah I can't remember who it was but they had this crazy demo of like
70:04
a like a sports mascot type character
70:08
and then they had like a gigantic virtual presence to that was so dumb
70:12
yeah no I saw that that like basically what looks like crowd control from like
70:16
dystopian future device yeah there was
70:20
there were different sizes and there was the one massive one like two stories
70:24
taller yeah so when we stopped by that one was singing The Hokey pokei and they
70:29
had they had like 10 smaller ones and
70:33
they were doing that putting their butt in and butt out and I don't they don't
70:36
have arms or legs so that giant one though was like
70:40
legitimately that was I was it's yeah it inspires fear that's what it does and
70:44
it's hooked up to the speaker system right so it's like and you do the hokey
70:49
pokey and you turn yourself around you better do the Hoke poke I'm sorry I I
70:55
just here for 30 seconds what Hoke poke there was giant Rob giant giant two
71:01
story robot tell yeah I was yeah yeah yeah exactly we're just talking about
71:04
that it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen that tops my like alltime CES
71:09
list like their their Booth was creepy enough cuz we were just we were just
71:13
standing in it and they just had people remotely chucking around in the booth
71:18
the most awkward conversations ever so these people just walk up to you and
71:21
you're just like hi hi
71:27
yeah then there's the big scary one that can Crush you dude seriously that thing
71:30
was had to be at least 30t tall to put
71:33
like uh like flamethrowers on it and then there you go CR control we're done
71:40
done screwed robot overlords robot
71:44
overlords so that's that was your favorite thing was the hand thing that was the hand yeah for sure that was I
71:49
just saw it and I'm like I think my two favorite things obviously I'm going to
71:53
say I picked two instead of one just because everyone knows it's going to be
71:58
whatever badass virtual reality product is there so this year for me it was uh
72:03
Crescent Bay um I was I was honestly I was more excited for Su butons wasn't
72:09
ready enough for it to is suance was
72:13
that that one that has the spatial scanner and the two stereo cameras I was
72:16
telling you it recreates the room and there's the okay yeah yeah um but yeah
72:20
no way it was Crescent Bay and then other than that that origin laptop with
72:24
the old desktop processor well that's been done before I know was it a lot
72:29
thinner though it was a lot thinner a lot lighter it it seemed more like it
72:33
was very similar to this one in terms of size so it it seemed like i' I'd
72:38
probably say that it was a little bit smaller than our
72:42
JayZ not much but a little bit now one
72:46
thing is it scream to keep the processor cool so
72:51
once you ramp up it'll just start goingn one more abut what's up they're
72:57
complaining about the background noise again we're getting complaints about background noise again can't
73:03
hear we we we don't have a proper mic
73:06
actually we've only got about 10 minutes left so if there's anyone who wants to jump in anyone who hasn't been on yet
73:11
say for example uh now's a good time
73:15
yeah maybe maybe hang out somewhere else
73:20
you oh is he going to come is oh are you are you going to talk about this coming
73:24
in all right all right wa we got a tag
73:27
oh yeah I almost like shook your hand
73:30
it's is that it is that a tag I you just T the guy on the shoulder
73:35
realistically I think we went a little bit too much all right what's up here so
73:38
okay so over here we're a little bit behind this is the stream this is what I need this is like if you're on yeah
73:42
watch that one and so the the camera's like way over there I can't believe they
73:46
let you tou it no they didn't let me they have no well at first they had no
73:50
idea this was going to end up in my hands it was John right he went on a
73:54
Recon good work John and uh you know he a bit
73:58
of a smooth talker and so he went in there and walked out with this baby but
74:03
immediately after they started to panic
74:07
because they knew where this was going to end upow so can you read the front of
74:10
it can you read this box for me okay for people who don't know what's going on
74:14
this was one of the few things that I wanted to see at CES and get my hands on
74:18
this is supposedly a Bend proof iPhone 6 Plus
74:25
proof not resistant not resistant you
74:28
believe these guys're ridiculous um defend against the bend it is The
74:32
Trestle from Incipio now the thing is and I want to be clear this is a
74:37
prototype apparently it will get even stronger but that doesn't mean I'm not
74:41
going to bend it okay so do you have a phone here are
74:45
we doing this uh no I don't have a 6 plus I got I'm going to hit up the Apple
74:48
Store Caesar's Palace after this guys make sure you don't miss this okay so
74:53
yeah we're going to try to break the inter internet again but probably won't happen uh maybe for Incipio maybe we'll
74:58
break Incipio I don't know could you bend the phone with your ass uh or
75:02
something with that internet that um
75:05
that's I don't know you oil up a little bit I don't know depends on the type of viewers we're looking for if you can
75:10
balance if balance the champagne glass
75:13
while you bend the phone yes that would break the internet probably yeah I just
75:18
get you get Kim Kardashian to bend an iPhone 6 with champagne on her butt mhm
75:22
there you go well I don't know we're going to need some photoshop skills though live up to the live up to the
75:27
last image uh but anyhow yeah so the concept here is that they have
75:31
reinforced it with these rods which are supposedly Titanium or will eventually
75:37
be titanium I don't believe they are at this point but basically I mean I
75:42
obviously I don't assume that this thing will ever be Bend proof i what does that
75:46
even mean Bend proof proof is proof is an interesting thing like we did a video
75:49
where we were trying to uh check the fire resistance on an Nas and the whole
75:54
time all the firemen were like yeah there's nothing that's really like
75:57
fireproof exactly yeah it's it's it's all resistant cuz under a certain set of
76:02
circumstances you're going to mess anything up yeah yeah and so I suppose
76:06
in this particular case they just went a little bit far on The Branding and
76:09
probably the retail box won't say Ben
76:12
proof that's something when you're done with that's something they're going to want to change but the crazy part was
76:17
when they didn't want to give it to me was like this phone wouldn't exist if it
76:20
wasn't for my original video and I'm not saying that like to to blow myself up
76:24
the case not the phone oh did I say phone the iPhone 6 Plus never would have
76:29
happened if they didn't know I was going to no um yeah the case was it's like a
76:33
result a response to the hype from the video so it seems kind of crazy we
76:36
wouldn't work together on how to do a piece of content around it that's
76:40
actually specifically what I thought when they said they wouldn't give it to you I was like why not even let them try
76:43
the Prototype and if it doesn't work just be like we'll do better exactly whatever embrace it have the
76:48
conversation but uh what I what I
76:51
figured out out here in these shows and on the show floor and stuff is it's like
76:55
you know the people who are working in those booths they got no clue right I
76:59
mean this this makes or breaks a huge chunk of PR for this compan how much did
77:03
they spend for that real estate right you're still doing it though no I am I
77:07
am maybe it'll make even more of a story because they tried to not let you do it
77:10
may I don't think so I wouldn't want the pr that I didn't want someone to test my
77:15
product that's true right especially someone as handsome as Lou that's right
77:20
see cuz I do it big time all the time oh wow
77:25
you invited me here you invited me here
77:29
did I invite you here I don't know actually I think I invited myself I think I invited Austin John needs some
77:33
credit I gave you credit I don't need credit oh okay no but you blew my cover
77:37
though did I I was going to be like oh my God I handed it off and I didn't know
77:40
what happened oh I stole it from you I stole it out of his b no no no John John
77:44
anybody who watched my last video leading up to it uh you saw a little
77:48
glimpse of us trying to get our hands on this on day our first day on the show
77:51
floor and both Austin and John tried the
77:55
first time and got shut down I got shut down then the two of them got shut down
77:59
and then final day Big John making it happen the worst part about it she was
78:03
so nice oh I'm so sorry the first one was
78:08
rude there you go like she was like did the whole life truthfully truthfully I'm
78:12
going to be very very clear in the piece of content that I create about this that
78:17
it is a prototype and that of course
78:20
nothing is Ben proof I'm going to be clear about that and truthfully a little
78:24
bit oft rigidity can't be a bad thing yeah no yeah it it might make it like
78:29
very highly Bend resistant there you go enough that it's probably not a problem
78:33
there you go and if that is the conclusion of my video guess what's going to happen they're going to sell a
78:38
lot of these cases so Incipio I love you you should love me
78:41
too yeah yeah this is going to help you should love me but I'm going to abuse
78:46
you but you should love me after that abuse relationship yeah you're just
78:51
you're showing your love through the hurt that youve give them yeah yeah hey
78:56
this conversation just took a turn did you see the Zen phone too I did not and
79:01
I met you also like I I heard about it a lot and I heard oh this is people to
79:05
interested in but I never got to it oh I would have loved to get your take on it
79:09
that is such a shame okay all right I'm sure you'll see it I'm sure you'll look
79:12
at it eventually probably yeah I'll probably have a video okay okay either
79:16
way uh if we want to not stay in Vegas
79:21
right yeah okay we should probably fun guys so um Can can we at least get like
79:26
everyone to kind of jump in and we'll do we'll do a sign off we get to stay in
79:30
the suite after you guys leave right no absolutely a chance so awesome show we
79:36
got 7,000 people tuned in to see by far
79:39
the biggest collab that we've ever had the pleasure of Hosting wow look at this
79:43
Frame right now damn look at this this
79:47
is somebody fill in over we get everyone
79:50
in One frame yeah we got room on that side I'll move over
79:59
all right so thank you guys so much for tuning in we've had all the Linus Media
80:03
Group guys here we've got the TLD today crew we've got Austin we've got Marcus
80:08
we've got Lou we've got your average consumer and this has been a ton of fun
80:13
and of course the archive will be up later for those of you who missed it I
80:17
think that's pretty much all there is to it peace guys see you by
80:25
and chill guys your voice is like
80:31
gone I was trying to have ginger tea last night but nobody that would
80:38
good so that was a wind show that was
80:41
the wind show it's still technically live outro but now
