0:04 AT&T are you sick and tired with dealing with the hassle of plugging in cables
0:08 all the time is chi charging simply not fast enough for your on thee-o lifestyle
0:12 well I say Patriot fuel ion is the system for you okay enough with the
0:16 cheesy voice over this thing is pretty cool though the Patriot ion wireless
0:19 charging system is comprised mainly of their cases for the Samsung Note 3 S4
0:24 and S5 phones along with iPhone 5 and
0:27 iPhone 5S with iPhone 6 and note four cases coming in the future the Samsung
0:32 compatible phones connect to the phone via Pogo pins in the back while the
0:35 Apple ones connect via a lightning connector in the bottom you will also
0:38 need some form of magnetic docking station these come in the form of a
0:41 charging plate which rests the phone down flat a charging stand which holds
0:45 the phone in a slanted position and a car mount for your windshield or with a
0:48 little mounting accessory your dash as well the magnets in these devices are
0:52 actually quite strong resulting in the phone snapping into place quite securely
0:55 while allowing you to rotate the phone to whatever position best suits your use
0:58 case another accessory worth noting that you can get is the wireless battery pack
1:02 which allows you to charge wirelessly on the go this is actually pretty cool is
1:06 we all know how fragile micro USB connections are I would rather my
1:09 wireless charging pack was pulled off the back of my device stopping it from
1:13 charging instead of having the USB connector break off my phone stopping it
1:17 from charging Forever This 2100 mAh battery bank is able to charge in daisy
1:21 chain with your device and while they didn't have a spec for how fast the
1:25 charging was in daisy chain it should still be pretty quick if their claims of
1:29 only a 0 .5% lower charging rate than wired hold true especially when compared
1:35 to their claims that Chi charging is 60% slower than wired charging well guys I'm
1:40 personally pretty impressed with how well the magnet works and I hope I can get some time with it alone in the
1:44 office so I can test it against direct connection and CH charging myself but as
1:48 always thank you guys for watching and if you want to see all of our CTI content be sure to subscribe to Linus
