0:00 so this is one I've never seen before the uh screen is clearly divided
0:06 down the middle with one half being functional
0:10 and the other half see exactly half being entirely nonfunctional and I've
0:16 gone into the screen resolution already and I've uh verified that it is running
0:22 at the correct setting if I bring the mouse if I move it over to the right
0:25 side you can see it takes exactly the same amount of time for me to bring it
0:29 back over to the left so there is clearly desktop back there
0:32 but it's not being displayed I've tried unplugging and plugging back in the
0:36 monitor once and so far that hasn't fixed it so when I resolved this and
0:42 this is a known good graphics card as far as I know it just worked but once I
0:46 resolve this I will let you guys know what it ended up being but I just
0:50 thought I'd share this with you I've never seen this before so it was doing it everywhere in
0:56 the BIOS in Windows even after I
1:00 unplugged the graphics card and it was giving me like you know no signal
1:04 connected error like it would be over here and I wouldn't see it and it would
1:07 be over here and I'd see it and it would be here and like it would cut off half
1:11 so what I did was I disconnected the monitor completely from Power D um data
1:17 everything and then I waited like 10 minutes and plugged it back in and now
1:22 it works so I have no idea how that happened but that's a tech tips moment
1:26 that I thought I'd share with you and this is why it is so hard to produce
1:30 these videos because there is so much stuff like this that goes on behind the
1:34 scenes you wouldn't even believe it
