0:00 so today's video is going to be a little bit different I have recruited a special
0:06 helper who just locked me out of hey
0:10 you do you want to help me build a computer are you going to build your own
0:16 computer all right should we get started M let's do it
0:30 Corsair RMI series power supplies feature premium components for great
0:34 performance and very low noise check out the link in the video description to
0:38 learn more so I want you to help me pick out
0:43 your favorite lonus tech tips shirt to wear do you like this
0:48 one this one no do you like the black and white
0:52 and orange one okay all right well the decision has
0:57 been made I think what we might have to do is uh maybe some clothes pins
1:05 okay this is signature yeah and there's your mail oh I have mail too oh
1:10 excellent all right now you get to wear
1:13 a microphone I've never put one on someone else you got to do a microphone
1:18 test make sure it's working can you yell
1:22 ah ah I'll have to clip it to like the back
1:29 of his neck or or something all right so
1:32 do you want to go pick out the parts for the computer let's go okay hold on
1:42 tight the first thing we need to pick is a
1:45 case why you point at the one you
1:49 want you want the cooler master master case 5 I had sort of wanted to go with
1:55 something that we haven't covered before do you want to help me pick out the motherboard
2:00 why don't you wait for me to show you all the options first this time okay you
2:03 can pick this one
2:10 one okay so now we need to pick a power
2:14 supply power supply do you want this one
2:18 yeah oh that one's an empty box that's not going to work I guess I got you do
2:24 you want this one or this one
2:30 all right so now I'm going to pick the CPU because we can't have one that's not
2:35 compatible 596x I will let you pick out the memory
2:41 though um H okay you got one choice for
2:46 memory do you like these ones okay well that worked
2:50 out which one do you
2:53 like you like the red one all right
2:56 we're going with the hyperx Savage okay
2:59 little man you got to pick something on
3:03 these shelves here you got to pick one
3:06 show me which one you like you like this one okay apparently we're using the
3:11 ragent tech Triton so now this is really
3:15 important you got to pick your graphics card which of these ones do you
3:22 prefer okay we got ourselves an AMD boy
3:27 here so the R9 Fury it
3:32 is
3:35 okay you want to try it's very
3:42 heavy can you lift it way up on top of the
3:46 table oh I got it good job what do you
3:50 think red screwdriver okay yeah you're like a little version of lonus aren't
3:55 you hey all right that's enough that's
4:00 enough stop it stop stop
4:07 it what do you want to start with good choice we always start by
4:13 assembling the components on the motherboard outside of the case I think
4:18 Luke forgot to put the io shield for our WS board back in the Box what part do
4:24 you think goes next great choice all right hold hold
4:31 okay hold on hold on and your right hand here both at the same time push
4:36 down all right next one you
4:41 ready wow great okay so you want to show me
4:48 the next piece you need oh not that one yet want to try
4:55 again that's right we need our CPU
5:00 and push it down and away from you is it too hard do you need help with that part
5:08 okay there you go there you go and we're
5:11 going to lower that down into the CPU
5:16 socket put this one down who is that too hard okay I can
5:21 help you with that one there we go show
5:24 me which part you think we need next this one you think it's the water cooler
5:28 wow you pi out a pretty cool looking water cooler there hey this is fun with
5:35 this one we get to pick what color we want to make the water what color do you
5:40 like red that's a great choice that's going to go perfectly with our red
5:44 graphics card you want the big one or the small one B small you want the small
5:49 one yeah that I can carry that is a good
5:53 choice so you can choose red white or
5:57 green red good choice
6:00 red just like the water gets red that's
6:04 right so what part do you think we need
6:09 next that's right we're going to open up
6:12 our case oh there we go what do you think of
6:17 the quality of the packing materials for this
6:20 case yeah that's what I thought you laughed at
6:24 it what do you think of the case you picked out you like it all right you got
6:30 to work on your screwdriver technique a little bit there you go now turn this
6:37 way there we go so the first step is your motherboard
6:45 standoffs keep trying now you put your screwdriver in
6:49 there and turn it this way good computer
6:55 building I got it you did what do you
6:58 think the first part we put in wow okay
7:03 unconventional we'll install our SSD
7:06 first all done next
7:10 one great job
7:14 awesome motherboard great choice okay there we
7:19 go and then down do you want to put the screws in the
7:23 motherboard all the way till it's
7:26 tight okay what part do you want to do next power supply this one all right
7:32 rock on oh the other one popped out
7:38 already do you want a little bit of help there you
7:42 go and turn it in great
7:48 job can you slide it in for me
7:52 though what's the next thing to
7:56 install the water all right
8:00 right great job all right you put in however much
8:05 red you want okay tip it
8:12 over is that pretty red yeah do you want
8:23 more awesome job okay I'm actually going
8:27 to I am going to Top This up just cuz I don't want it to run out of fluid so
8:30 I'll be right back okay little man what do you think is that red enough
8:34 for you squeeze
8:37 harder good all right now we can put our CPU
8:42 Cooler on we got to get our radiator up in the
8:49 top of our case are you kidding me Cooler
8:52 Master Okay the radiator isn't going there where should we put it in the
8:59 front yeah okay let's do
9:04 that oops it's always good to have a helper when you install an AIO liquid
9:08 cooler oh yeah there you go got to push
9:12 a little harder so how are we going to power our
9:16 fans how how are we going to do it
9:24 yeah there we go now we need our eight
9:28 pin connector for the back of the motherboard all right so that's
9:33 in uh
9:36 whoo this is the best
9:43 part oh yeah are you ready to install
9:47 the video card yeah push push push is it
9:52 all the way
9:56 in oh we still need power for our graphics
10:02 card there you go is it in mhm you got
10:05 to hit it can't push there you go harder
10:09 harder further down okay that's my computer you
10:17 betcha can you screw these
10:20 in I think that's we have to make the
10:24 most important decision of
10:27 all do we want want the side panel with
10:31 the window yeah or the side panel with
10:34 no window I want the side panel with the
10:37 window window please all right should we
10:41 power on our system yeah all right let's do it he do can you put my screwdriver
10:46 away please uh sure where do you want to put
10:50 it there you
10:54 go open that okay you did that again
10:59 don't how do you even know how to do that
11:03 hey hey little man do you want to find
11:07 out if it powers on and the fan

11:27 running can I go please sure after we finish your
