so this is a pretty big case back here this is the 600t now I know I have
0:12
already unboxed the 600t before in the past but this is a special 600t this is
0:20
the 600t white finish so we'll go ahead
0:24
and show you that I'm not lying the white finish with window and mesh side
0:31
panels that is not to say that there's a
0:34
window covered in mesh eliminating the
0:37
benefit of both of them since you can't see through the mesh and the window
0:40
would effectively block any air flow that the mesh would allow no that is to
0:44
say you have the option of installing
0:47
either a window or a mesh side panel
0:51
pretty cool so let's go ahead and break
0:54
the seals here 600t has proven itself to be very popular I mean I'm sure
0:59
otherwise course wouldn't have bothered releasing another color I actually
1:03
haven't seen the 600t white in person
1:06
yet so I am definitely looking forward to this because I really like the
1:11
functionality of the 600t black and the
1:16
aesthetic of the White Version intrigues me so I'm just going to go ahead show
1:21
you guys the way that it's packed in here then I'm going to dump this out off camera and uh I'll be back in a minute
1:26
so it's using a a fairly soft so not super brittle but also not closed cell
1:31
foam to protect your case however if you look at the thickness of the foam check
1:35
this out I really wouldn't worry about anything going wrong with this chassis
1:40
in transit I mean even if you have to ship it like a couple times I really
1:44
don't think anything's going to get damaged it's a nice big shipping box you
1:48
can see it's using a double layer so uh
1:51
double two corrugated layers here so it's very very strong okay so I'm going
1:55
to dump this out I'll be back in a sec all right so now that we've got it
1:59
out of the packaging here's those giant pieces of foam in case you care some
2:04
people do all right we've got a dust cover here so we're going to go ahead
2:08
and remove that and now we see that the
2:11
case is upside down so I am going to have to flip it
2:18
over before continuing my
2:25
unboxing there we go so this is the
2:28
Corsair 600t White since I have already unboxed the 600t in the past I'm not
2:34
going to focus too much on hold on just
2:37
a minut it now that ah I get it okay I was
2:44
like hm so they offer a window and mesh
2:47
side panel options but I don't see any other accessories in here so what
2:51
they've actually done is they have packed the mesh side panel into a box
2:56
inside the case giving you the option to and it's very easy to remove just undo
3:01
these screws put in your mesh side panel and boom you're done so this is nice
3:05
actually they've taken a lot of steps to make sure that they're doing a great job
3:09
of changing this case from black to white so number one look at this they've
3:12
done not only the outside of the case but also the inside of the case has been
3:16
completely finished in white so they've
3:19
powder coated it which means that all the little nooks and crannies are
3:23
completely white it has a very striking finish because it looks kind of like
3:27
storm drooper armor with the uh White and black accents so let's go ahead I
3:32
mean I'll show you guys a quick tour of the 600t if you aren't already familiar
3:36
with it so you've got eight expansion slots so you can
3:40
support xlx motherboards that have eight expansion slots but not nine bear that
3:45
in mind guys you got your bottom mounted power supply you've got six hard drive
3:51
sliders that support 3 and 1/2 in and 2 and 1/2 in each you've got a front 230
3:57
mm fan top 230 mm fan rear 120 mm Fen
4:02
which is compatible with Corsair liquid cooling systems such as the h60 or
4:07
h80 all the internal cables in Corsair tradition are black so you don't have to
4:13
worry about sleeving them if you want a super nice color coordinated build the 5
4:17
and 1/4 in bays are toolless I actually love their toolless system it's really
4:22
easy to use in terms of included accessories we've got screws and a
4:27
couple cable ties okay you've also got got a key
4:31
for what's the key for this the I have no idea okay I'll
4:38
try and figure out what that key is for a little bit later I think you know I might have even been trying to figure
4:43
out what the key was for the last time I did a 600t unboxing and I probably
4:46
figured it out and then now I've forgotten so on the top you can remove
4:50
this whole mesh thing right here that gives you access to install uh different
4:54
fans so you can take out the 230 mil you can put in two 120 Ms which will give
4:58
you the compati for a radiator and there's your key so for whatever
5:05
reason that is what you might need to
5:08
open which would unlock the side panel
5:12
yes okay so that is your side panel lock there's a latch rate here that closes
5:18
onto uh this particular button which will make it so that it won't be able to
5:22
close which would open up the case all right on the top you've got your power
5:27
and reset switches you've got your inter ated fan controller four USB 2.0 ports
5:32
One USB 3 Port which I believe is enough actually uh one fire wire Port headphone
5:37
and microphone ports and then on the front you've got your four 5 and 1/4 in
5:41
Bays as
5:44
well as your front fan filter for that
5:47
230 mil fan that is well in the
5:52
front love the overall look of this case I think the white version is uh much
5:57
more impressive than the all black version
6:02
look at that it just looks really clean I'm going to step back so you guys can
6:06
see it in more even lighting here on the back you find lots of cable
6:11
management features which we're accustomed to with cor stair cases at
6:14
this point almost to the point where we take it for granted huge CPU cutout so
6:18
no matter where your socket is situated you're going to be able to remove the
6:22
back plate of your cooler and install a new one without removing your motherboard nice soft uh grommets for
6:28
cable routing so you can take all your cables from your power supply bring them
6:31
out here route them to wherever they need to go so you know video card uh 8
6:37
Pin CPU connector you know your drives up here you can rote things over here
6:42
you got a fair bit of space actually you got a ton of space between the side
6:46
panel of the case and the back of the motherboard tray here so you can Route
6:49
24 pin power connectors behind the CPU motherboard or behind the motherboard
6:53
tray with no difficulty as I mentioned before here's all your front connectors
6:57
so those are all sleeved black for your aesthetic
7:01
convenience and satisfaction and I think
7:04
that's pretty much all I wanted to say why don't you look at the back because I
7:08
haven't shown that yet you can see that it uses vented PCI
7:12
covers for more air flow you've also got
7:15
water cooling holes because everyone uses external water cooling units I
7:21
guess um although I would definitely recommend installing a dual rad in the
7:25
top and then a single in the back versus running a triple outside here because
7:29
that will give you the same cooling performance and it'll all be inside and
7:33
tidy you can pick up your whole case and move it somewhere if you need to so
