1:15 the graphics card it's got a maximum cooling capacity of 450 Watts which I've
1:19 seen in action and it should be noted that on Modern highend graphics cards
1:23 this is actually very important because the better you can cool the card the
1:27 more power limit is available the better the card will actually perform across a
1:31 wide variety of games even if you don't do any overclocking it supports the
1:35 usual NVIDIA technology so that's SLI up to four-way GPU Boost 2.0 Cuda fizx

1:45 which finally has some sweet looking monitors coming for it and all the usual

1:53 interested in with this card and what I've been making my way towards in this
1:57 video is the binning process that went on with this card GPU binning just like
2:04 any other performance computer component like a CPU or RAM is the process of
2:09 selecting the best parts from a large batch and using them for a higher
2:14 performance variant of the same product than offsetting the cost of doing that
2:19 binning by charging more for that higher performance product we saw with
2:24 gigabytes normal 780ti windforce that in
2:27 spite of GPU boost 2.0's Dynamic
2:30 optimization of its performance just adding a better cooler to a
2:35 run-of-the-mill chip doesn't necessarily result in performance that can beat our
2:39 very very strong uh golden sample 780 Ti
2:43 reference card but in this case Gigabyte
2:47 is delivering a better Bend card to Market so it's not Pure Luck of the draw
2:52 you have theoretically a better chip and a very good cooler now as always we've
2:57 overclocked our cards to the max and I think you'll be pleased to see the
3:02 results from this card that looks great runs cool and quiet and performs well if
3:07 I told you that Luke would be out of a job I guess so over to you Luke so I'm
3:11 going to preface this with something that you guys probably already know by now if you've been watching quite a few
3:14 of my videos with 780 Ti in them and that is that my reference card is very
3:19 likely quite golden if you guys want to and I think you should if you're very
3:23 interested is check with the overclocking dock in the description below because you can see all of the
3:28 settings for all of my cards and you can check how these two different cards were
3:32 set against each other in overclocking software see how they perform and see
3:35 their actual core clocks while I'm running these tests the Gigabyte card
3:40 comes really highly overclocked outside of the box which is a nice benefit my
3:45 current reference card is able to overclock to basically the exact same
3:49 amount to where these cards trade just depending on what game it was which
3:52 means there's just margin of error there
3:55 um but it's it's it's interesting
3:58 because if you bought a reference card you probably wouldn't get that level of
4:02 Bin it's very unlikely but if you bought this windforce card it is more likely
4:06 that you are going to get a card that can perform this fast so that's actually
4:10 where you're getting a lot of value out of buying this card and as you can see
4:13 in the benchmarks it did quite well comparative to the reference card all
