0:00 Linus Tech tips coverage of PS 2013 is brought to you by Western Digital Intel
0:04 and steel series two
0:08 1 we're here at the Corsair Booth we're going to check out what they're
0:11 announcing for mouse pads and keyboards
0:14 so first up is the Corsair mm200
0:17 extended this is more of a desk pad and less of a mouse pad you can see if you
0:22 wanted to you could probably have four individual people operating mice within
0:26 normal ranges on this mouse pad or you can put your key board here and your
0:30 mouse over here and not have to deal with that annoying lip that tends to
0:35 exist at the edge of your keyboard where it overlaps a little bit and it's really
0:38 frustrating next up we've got the mm400
0:41 compact which is just a smaller version of the existing mm400 so that's pretty
0:47 much it for things that you didn't already see from our computex
0:50 coverage now we're over on the other side where there's the new Raptor k30 so
0:56 from the Raptor branding that should tell you that it's more of a value
1:00 oriented option compared to Vengeance but I think given the price you guys are
1:03 probably going to like the features of this keyboard so it has the same
1:06 aesthetic as the Vengeance keyboards however it does use plastic construction
1:10 and membrane Keys versus aluminum construction with mechanical keys but it
1:15 still got backlighting it's still got a variety of different brightness levels
1:19 it's still got programmable keys with three different banks over here a
1:23 lockable Windows key and dedicated media keys so when you look at what it's up
1:29 against that that makes it look pretty compelling actually if you're looking
1:32 for a more value oriented keyboard personally I prefer mechanical though
1:36 which actually is fantastic because right over there we've got Corsair
1:41 showing off their Cherry MX Blue and Cherry MX Brown Vengeance series gaming
1:45 keyboards which are available for pre-order now and are going to be
1:49 shipping by the end of the month so for all those of you who are asking when are
1:52 they coming when are they coming they are finally coming now be excited guys
