welcome to Linus Tech tips at CES 2013 our trip to the show this year is
0:04
powered by Corsair maker of quality PC components and peripherals our trusted
0:09
storage partner is Seagate technology and our trusted networking partner is
0:16
linkis here we are at the Mitsubishi booth and they have a very fascinating
0:21
product on display here this right here is a 40 Point multi-touch display it's
0:28
more of a commercial display than being in intended for say your average home
0:32
user but what's cool about it is it runs at full 1080p the drivers are fully
0:36
compatible with Windows or Mac this one you see right here is running kind of a
0:40
neat demo but we're going to close down this game there we go it's just running
0:44
on Windows 7 so we're going to show you a couple other examples so I'd love to
0:48
show the special effects one that is right there thank you so much so I'm
0:52
going to get slick to go ahead and put his hands on it so you can see all of
0:55
these points are detected by the display now this unit right here is buil into
1:00
what is essentially an air hockey table but it is available as a standalone TV
1:05
as well or it will be available as a standalone TV as well just to demo that
1:08
there's no kind of voodoo magic going on here we're going to close down their
1:11
custom UI completely and we are going to land at a simple Windows desktop where
1:16
we can open up a new copy of Ms paint see nothing sort of special about it
1:21
except how awesome it is and again let's do another demo here so you can have a
1:27
whole bunch of multi-touch inputs you can you know if you know if you have
1:31
like the world's most spoiled six-year-old then this is probably an
1:35
ideal Choice don't miss any of our CES 2013 coverage and as always don't forget
