MSI Suite checking out their first motherboard of the day which is the z97

gaming 6 this motherboard features the world's first type-c USB 3.1 connector

and while it's still a prototype you might be able to see it sometime around

March also sometime around March they're trying to work with case manufacturers

to get front panel headers so you might be able to see USB type-c connectors on

the front of your case as well which is quite cool as I said it's a prototype so

it doesn't actually feature everything thus far so you won't be able to get

data transfer speed that comes with USB 3.1 now this was my first time trying

out USB type-c my first observation was that I didn't plug it in enough it's

actually quite a tough connector to fully plug in but it locks very nicely

which is really good to see in this type of connector we know with micro USB and

stuff like that that uh durability can kind of be a big issue but USB type-c

the next board on our Hit List is the x99a gaming 9 AK and what this board

now they did have an example here of a device that is kind of under a box doing
