Yeah, so my day starts with a lot of emails, usually 20 to 30 emails, but people who are needing stuff done for WAN Show or for sponsor stuff, or just getting things ready for clips. But usually it's writing the sponsor integrations that are in videos, getting them all set to be filmed or, you know, getting them actually into videos. And then I will go through the comments on the LMG Clips to make sure everything is going well, see if there's anything to be changed for the WAN Show or things on float plan or anything like that, as well as I do a little bit of community management. So I'm also in the Reddit and the Discord, it's kind of just trolling through, seeing if there's anything that comes up that we need to be aware of or if you've been DM'd by people saying, hey, X, Y, Z is leaked or this take was awful or you should do this video idea. And I just spent a lot of my time then kind of consolidating that all, talking to our sponsors. We have that board on the sponsor or the LTT forum about sponsor feedback that we go through as well. So we just make sure that everything is going as well as possible for you, as well as that we get enough money to be able to survive and keep hiring great people and writers so we can keep expanding and grow the LMG empire. So with so many things going on, like how do you stay focused and stay organized on each of these separate tasks? A lot of Red Bull, shout out to Red Bull for sending us free Red Bull all the time. We have fridges around the office. And then I just am the kind of person like every single email in my inbox has a label. I don't care if it's like from a fan or a spam email, there's a label attached to it. So it's in a folder and organized away as I keep track of everything. I have a little whiteboard at my desk as well. So I can kind of write what I need to do and what I need to do next and then let the anxiety take control. Then you know, you're gonna be on fire when your stress level is at 100 all the time. You know, you're rolling, you're rolling with it, but we also have a great team. Yeah, so I subscribed to LTT, but I only watched the Wancho and then the only other LMG channel that I watched was TechLinked because Riley is so funny. So those are the only two channels I watched. I was listening to the Wancho when I was working for a tech startup. I was just like work from home and I would listen to the Wancho while I was working. And they were like, hey, we need salespeople come apply. And I was like, you know, I'll give it a shot. Like we'll try it out. It's a little different, but it still feels like a startup being at a YouTube community. And obviously we're so big that doesn't really feel like it. But I was like, I'll give it a shot and had a couple of phone calls with Nick and Colton and somehow convinced them that I am qualified, even though I'm vastly under qualified. And, you know, a year and a few months later, I'm still here. So we're rolling with the punches, but I got into LTT after starting here. Like I started working here or I got the offer about a month before I started. And then I started watching our videos and kind of seeing what we do. And I was like, man, LTT rocks. When'd you get into learning your guitar? Yeah, I got into learning guitar when I lived in Australia. So I used to live in New Zealand and I was a teacher and then I moved to Australia and was a teacher. And I just had a lot of free time cause we lived in like the middle of nowhere. And so I was like, you know what? I'm just gonna pick up a guitar cause they had a music kind of studio there. So bored one from the school and just went on YouTube and searched like how to play guitar and started learning. And now I can play Wonderwall. And that's all you ever need. So I stopped right there. No, so I grew up on Salt Spring Island, which is just off the coast of Vancouver. And then moved to Vancouver, finished high school, did some university and then flew and lived in New Zealand, Australia for I was like six to eight months or something like that. Right? The next one here, let's see. Oh, my tattoos. Yes, I have a few. And yeah, so I just started getting them when I was, how old have I been? 19, I want to say. And I usually, I just have like a few bigger pieces because I get one based on like each family member. So one was based my sister, my other sister, my mom, and I still have to get one for my grandma. But I was just like, yeah, these are things that are important to me. So I have my hot air balloon with an anchor, which is the balance between what you learn when you're traveling versus how you're raised. Cause I was growing up on an island versus then traveling. I have the mountain scape for my time in Cranbrook. The tree slash island with birds for my time, again, on Salt Spring with the three birds being me and my two sisters, then leaving home. So I just think it's really important to be like, this is core values in my life or chapters in my life. And then to signify them, I have not planned though, and I'm running out of space and I still have to get multiple tattoos, including an elephant and an orca. So if you have suggestions on what I should do, please, please do, cause I have no idea. What are the significances of the elephant and orca? Yes, the elephant was one of my sisters. She wanted me to get the elephant cause it's wise and she likes elephants. So I was like, okay, I don't really have any attachment to elephants, but they're cool. Maybe I'll get like Babar. I don't know if people know what Babar is. Or the orca is from my grandma, which is my time in Vancouver because we have the, a lot of orcas and whales and stuff like that. And then downtown there is the pixelated orca statue by Douglas Copeland, which is like one of my favorite statues or pieces of art, I should say. And since she knows that, she told me to get an orca tattoo. This is New Zealand. So same thing, traveling around with my friends. I was part of a program called Latitude, which is like a work placement slash travel agency kind of thing. And I got to meet people from all over the world. And a lot of my close friends were either from Canada or the UK and it's cool. So that photo was taken, I want to say, in just outside of Palmerston North, but we did a welcome ceremony in Auckland. And I got the nickname chief because we had to do a welcoming ceremony. That was like this traditional, somebody like does a haka in front of you and I had to do one back and all this stuff. It was a lot of fun. Like the culture over there is insane. It is absolutely gorgeous. And as a kid, I always wanted to go to New Zealand because it was a big island and I grew up on an island. And that was the only reason I wanted to go. So I'm glad I've been there. Definitely want to go back. And like I said, highly recommend it is picturesque. Is that your favorite place you've been or? 100%, like I'm into Hawaii, Disneyland's, I have these places on earth. Been to California, all of the coasts, everything like that. New Zealand's number one in my heart. I was only there for like I said a few months, but absolutely insane. Again, if you are from a business there, hit me up. Hit me up.
