For one, it's decaf. Oh, what the fuck? Yeah. He ruined it for everyone. There can be good decaf coffees, though, which is not why I'm concerned. Also, it is ground, never buy ground coffee. This right here does seem like it's vacuum sealed. So it might be good for like a day. It's going to oxidize in three or four days. It's going to taste like crap. Never buy yourself ground coffee. Third problem, I don't see any roast date. This stuff we got from the internet, we don't know when it was roasted and coffee kind of goes bad after like a month. I buy all of my coffee local. I make sure that it's been roasted within the last couple of weeks and that's how you can know that you have really good cups of coffee. So I expect this to be mid at best. Actually, fourth problem, it says it's a medium dark blend. You get less caffeine and it just tastes like dirt. Didn't look up the website. Nah. I like a good dark roast. A light roast is definitely better. The awesome coffee club does have a light roast, so props there guys. This might be a much better experience if we had coffee that was not decaf, not ground and the roast that I like. But we're going to make some coffee anyway. While I do enjoy a really nice cup of coffee, I spent a lot of time, you know, trying to get my French press just perfect. I'll go to whatever and drink it and it's fine.
