The meta style with cameras and speakers and the even reality's G1 style with a display and a microphone but no cameras or no speakers. Why not both is what Rokid said with the Rokid glasses. And this is kind of an exciting product because it's basically the first one on the market to combine these feature sets into a set of glasses that is ostensibly normal looking. Those are the glasses themselves. But first, let's find out what else is in the box. So, this case right here, actually, there's a charging cable in there, uh, USBA to their proprietary charging connector. This one has five pins. This case is not a charging case. Uh, you can get the charging case separately, which is an interesting choice, although they do give you a charging cable. And I think there's another one in there as well. It's a shorter charging cable with the same magnetic connector, except it's only got three pins, and it ends in a USBC female port, so you can plug any USBC cord in there. I'm not sure if there's a charging time difference between the five pin and the 3 pin, but I would imagine so. Also in the box here, we have a set of extra nose pads. if if you have a particularly greasy nose. Okay, on to the glasses themselves. Now, it has these microLEDD displays in there, one on each side, as well as like there's like two stacked. And they say that it's like the smallest one, 0.15 cubic centimeters, which is quite impressive given that overall they don't feel heavy at all. They feel like a regular pair of glasses. Rokit says that it's built with TR90 highpolymer titanium plastic. It does feel like a cheap pair of glasses, but uh so back to the front here, we have the 12 megapixel camera. This can apparently take 60fps video. On this side is apparently a indicator of when you're recording. On the right side here, we've got the uh touchpad, which is already showing some fingerprints. Inside the Rokid logo is a mic inside the O. And then at the back, we've got that magnetic charging connector with the five pins. On top of the right arm, we have the capture button/generalpurpose kind of photo and video button. That is kind of the standard UI for these things these days. Also on the top on either side here, we have speaker grills that match the ones on the bottom. Also on the bottom here, we can see two mics on the left arm on the bottom and one mic on the bottom of the right arm. So, four mics total. Last thing I wanted to say about the kind of physical overview is that while a lot of smart glasses brands have realized that if you want people to adopt uh your brand and your product, you kind of have to make glasses that look cool that people will want to wear. These, you know, the vibe I'm getting is uh the 3D glasses you get at the movie theater, which is less, you know, the the the style leaves something to to be desired. And I want it to give me the directions on my glasses, but I don't want it to like broadcast for the people around me in the in the cafe, you know, lineup. The AI, as you might expect, uses like the API to chalk to chat GBT or you can set it to Quen, which I think is a Alibaba model. So, I scrolled all the way down to the video settings. Like the photo settings, you can select the aspect ratio 3x4, 9x6, vertical, or 4x3 landscape. And you can do the same for video. However, there's no 60 FPS option. Their notes said in the beginning that there's a 60, it's the first AI glasses to record 60 FPS video and it's not here in the settings. However, there is a newer version of this app. But when we went to download it, it required us to log in with WeChat and we don't have we don't do that. Okay. As long as we're talking about the camera, I want to try the multimodal AI interaction. The ability to look at stuff, translate, tell me what I'm looking at, give me some information.
